Great room we had a problem with the air at first, but they fixed it and they also accommodated us by bringing a fan so that was a plus. The staff was very nice.

I will book this hotel again . Friendly staff clean room, my room was ready as soon as I arrive at 10 AM.

Overall, I had a good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm very glad I prepaid for parking because it was only $16 online compared to $51 per day at the hotel. The $150 deposit was refunded to my card the next morning, which was a nice surprise. I also received complimentary early check-in and late check-out. The only downsides were that the pool wasn't very inviting and there was a strong sewer smell on the 13th floor that became annoying. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was okay. The ice machine was not working on our floor. The towels were a bit ragged and our floor mat towel had dried bugs legs on it.

Definitely booking again

The 13-15th smelt so bad we left and had to get another hotel for the night

The toilet constantly ran and wouldn't flush. I reported it to the front desk and they had a maintenance guy look at it. Whatever he did, it didn't work. So instead of waiting around, we just emptied the trash can and filled it up with water, everytime so we could flush the toilet. Smh Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel, and they didn't give me back my $150 deposit 😒 😤 . Probably some unwarranted fee... ridiculous.

Exceptional

The ambience in the lobby The shower was dirty and the handle fell off while I was trying to take a shower

All the front desk staff. Security. Bartender was amazing, friendly, helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern. Liked they have Microwave on each floor and in the lobby. 24 hr Complementary coffee a plus. 2 blocks to canal st- then a block to Bourbon st. I will definitely return.

The 12th floor had a mildew odor.Housekeeping wasn't up to par. I requested more shower gel, never received it. The towels and food are poor quality.

Everything was perfect!! I called for concern and the matter was rectified immediately.

It was 105 degrees outside. The air didn’t work in our room. We were 4 hours away from home, and the staff offered us a fan. A fan….when I asked for a manger, they told me that they didn’t have any on site and could not offer me another room or a refund. By the way this was a get away for me and my husbands 10 year anniversary. Needless to say we packed up and checked out and just drove back home. Do not recommend.

I would stay there again . Close to bourbon street
-
The hotel hallway smell bad, especially the room smell like sewer. The lady at morning shift front desk is rude.

I liked the very comfortable bed. Slept really good. I didn’t like the smell in the hallway that leads to the bedroom, the sink in the bathroom of our hotel room was clogged up from day one of our stay, it was a very large flying bug in our room (when staff was called over 30 minutes plus I had to go to the front desk to get someone to come to the room, then the person that came to the room held a whole phone conversation for about 10 minutes that wasn’t pertaining to the job at hand before he began to look for the bug), I asked for another room and was told there wasn’t one available so after checking out, I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for valet to bring my vehicle. After asking three times for valet to bring my vehicle. The front desk clerk on my last night of staying it seemed he had a very unapproachable demeanor unpleasant tone and body language overall bad attitude. The other staff was pleasant and friendly.
