Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE by IHG

I had 2 rooms separately. Were clean, When in the room, the tv had very poor reception. Very annoying. Called front desk and and they sent an 'engineer' to check out both rooms. Nothing changed. This went on for 3 days. So this will be a negative response, however, the desk clerk discounted our room at checkout which was what was expected from us. Thanks for the stay at the beautiful historic hotel.

Great affordable place in the quarter

Concierge was super helpful. The free collapsible water bottle was a nice freebie and could use the water fountain in reception. Vending machines are a bit temperamental but very close to shops

Great property off Bourbon St. All hotels are in old buildings. Authentic and well kept. I didn’t expect a new hotel. convenient to all attractions.

Clean and location was perfect Nothing

The staff was so friendly and kind. So helpful. My boyfriend wanted to play his PlayStation but the cord wouldn’t reach to the plug in. Maintenance brought an extension cord. Awesome stay

Location although in French Quarter we sat facing dumpster. We arrived early and they would not let us check in without paying $50. So much for the hospitality business. There didn’t seem to be anyone there but us. We were given 2 vouchers for breakfast and then still had to pay another $30 plus tip.

Nothing. There was black mould scattered throughout. The shower dripped constantly and the aircon didn’t work properly. I was charged twice for my three day stay and when I raised this with a female receptionist she proceeded to blame me for the error. She was extremely rude and belligerent, hung up on me and spoke over me. Disgusted.

Location and staff experience was amazing. We were in a handicap accessible room. The shower head placement is not ideal for its purpose with a disabled person. It was a walk in shower with no raised edge so the entire smooth tile floor was covered with water every time my disabled Father showered. It was very hazardous for someone who is likely to fall. Also this room was on the 3rd floor and very hard to access with a mobility scooter and the tiny elevators. This is the only complaint I had with the property. The staff, location and services were great. I am leaving this review for someone who may be considering a handicapped room at this location. It is difficult to navigate.

Hallway carpet and room walls and door could've been cleaner

The staff was very friendly, clean lobby and easy access to the restaurant/bar. I had to use valet parking since it is difficult to find parking anywhere else, the guys were quick to park and return my car when needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Just a block is Bourbon St, can walk to the bars, gift shops and plenty of restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay.

When we checked in the toilet was running because the handle was broke. The room was extremely warm. One of the concierge was very rude when my wife asked a question.

Location was fine Lack of willingness in staff and multiple hidden charged

The people were very nice and helpful. The valet always met us with a smile and brought our car timely. The desk staff gave us pointers on where to go, I enjoyed ending my day with a nightcap on the balcony, people watching. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

Welcoming staff, very clean room and bathroom, air conditioning was a little loud but it was August in New Orleans, it kept chugging along and kept me comfortable! Great location just steps from antique shops, good restaurants, and Bourbon street is a stumble away. Charming old building, I regret not bringing my bathing suit as the pool looked incredible.

Bathroom was not clean, staff came and cleaned floor and shower, TV and phone had to be replaced.
