Dauphine Orleans Hotel

The pool had an oil slick on the surface and did not look very clean. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed and the room needed a deep clean. The one desk chair in the room was covered in stains.

Nice big room! This is a true New Orleans hotel, nothing about it boutique.

The staff from the car attendant to the registration clerk to the housekeeping staff were outstanding. They were very personable and accommodating and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay there again

Stayed 4 nights and had so much fun. Great location, great staff. The pool was perfect and it was nice having a bar attached to have a drink by the pool. The light breakfast was also nice. Definitely staying here again whenever I visit New Orleans.

I love the location of this property and the pool. It's nice to come in on a summer evening and dip after walking around town.

It was located very well in the French Quarter & very quiet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Very short walk to Bourbon Street and also safe area.

Even though the hotel could use some upgrades, we really enjoyed its unique charm.

Room was clean, property was clean, great location in the heart of the French Quarter. Within walking distance of everything. The valet parking was easy to use and very helpful.

The staff was so incredibly kind and friendly and we loved staying so close to bourbon street. It was nice and quiet at night. Also, the hotel bar may baileys was beautiful and fun with more great staff!

I appreciated the history behind this hotel. However it s a bit outdated. My room we had a roach in our room the first night, two lights were out throughout the duration of our stay, the filter in the bathroom was caked with dust, we had a random mini fridge placed by itself in the corner of the room, and the bathroom toilet handle we had to jiggle it and flush twice to get it to work. Staff was friendly and very helpful but will not be back

4th stay here since December…Apparently they got new management we will probably not stay again

Exceptional

The room had quiet and adjustable air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable, bed linen pristine and sn abundance of towels. Loved the coffee brew bags and coffee maker in room and mini fridge. Reception staff were outstanding and the location was fantastic! Better coffee at breakfast a.bit less air conditioning in bar/breakfast room.

The property is beautiful with so much character. It was clean and comfy with great location. It was also quiet and friendly staff. We’d definitely go back and stay again.
