Room was kind of worn looking, no mini fridge, wifi was TERRIBLE, AC was not working well and put out a burnt plastic smell a few times. Also the ice machine was always down.

This has been our go-to hotel in the Quarter for a while now. The staff is great, the workout room and pool are always clean, and you can’t possibly beat the location!

Location was great. Pool was closed when we arrived and remained closed during our stay. The pool was one reason we booked the hotel. The 1st two night our AC wasn’t working well. The problem was resolved for our last night. Pool was closed and AC wasn’t cooling. We were not offered a discounted rate. We were told we could walk down the street to another hotel if we wanted to use the pool at a sister hotel.

Pool was closed un announced. No compensation offered. Hallways had no air conditioning. Female front desk worker on Thursday July 16th was very rude. Hotel bar was never open. Key cards malfunction multiple times

We had a good stay staff was excellent friendly and very helpful. Great location, just I'm skipping a jump away from bourbon.. The pool was out and there was an issue with the AC1 evening, but not a problem. They had people ride out at fixing it.

Located between Royal & Bourbon. If you value sleep avoid during the weekends. The pool and courtyard were closed due to maintenance which was never advised during booking. The headboards had oily hand print and smear. Fan in bathroom broken. The positive the staff were friendly and helpful.
