Everything nice

It wasn’t no hot water the 3 days of our trip.

Room was nice, hot water didn’t work in shower. Netflix didn’t work on tv as well. I was assigned to a room that was already occupied by someone else so staff gave me another room & did give me complimentary breakfast for one day. Overall hotel 6.5-7 out of 10

My wife and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary here. The staff was excellent, informative. Alecia was awesome, she told us where to go what to do and to let her know if we needed anything during our stay.

The staff was amazing, but Alicia at the front desk stood out. She is extremely professional and kind. I visited this establishment in April with my daughters and decided to return with my spouse because of Ms. Alicia. She is a true asset to your company and a Jewel for your customers. Thank you and I will definitely be referring and returning soon.

We had a great time. We walked everywhere it's really in the heart of everything. The restaurant/food at the hotel was great. The chef and waiter were amazing and we had a lovely time. We definitely will be back.

This hotel was recommended to me by someone who had previously stayed there. The staff there is great and the rooms and hotel itself are very beautiful and clean. After I checked in, I was contacted by a staff member to see if everything was okay with my room and to let them know if I needed anything. Every staff member that I encountered from front desk ,to housekeeping , to kitchen staff, and the bar were GREAT! It was my first time visiting New Orleans and if I ever go back I will definitely be staying there again . The staff even gave us suggestions for the best restaurants in the area that did not disappoint. The staff greeted you with the same smiles and hospitality from our first day through the last day. I met the manager a couple of times while I was there too, at the front desk and up on the hotel floor. She makes sure everything is as it should be and that you have what you need. She’s very polite and welcoming. I rate this hotel a “10”, and would give just as many star ratings if I could.
