One good thing about that place was that the location was convenient, everything is walking distance, Canal street, Bourbon, street, French quarters. Beside that the service was poor. The AC was dripping lots of water every time it's on, especially at night and the noise makes it hard to sleep and stay asleep. The fan and vent were very dusty. One night there were cockroaches. We reported the insects and the water leaking at the front desk, there nothing done about it, but placing a towel on the floor for the dripping water. We won't be returning.

If you're looking for an impeccable modern property, keep looking. This place is OLD, eternally quaint, and cool. Our suite was very clean, beds were comfortable with quality linens. Not everything is in perfect condition, but that's part of the charm. And they'll happily keep your luggage while you go sightsee. Luckily for us, our room was ready significantly early and they let us in, so we got a nap before our sightseeing! Such a cool property; I enjoyed just snooping around the courtyard and alleys and imagining it 220 years ago. Thank you!

Room was amazing, water pressure was spot on and hot. Loved that it was more like A suite than a hotel room. Had a living room and a bedroom. Large tub. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The rooms are quite small, accommodating a maximum of two people. However, they are clean. The property has a vintage aesthetic, so expect a more basic room rather than a lavish one. I would recommend requesting a small chair be included in the room, as seating is currently unavailable.

Was not really happy with room 1. Maybe we didn’t choose the right accommodation for us as we have never stayed here.

This well located hotel is steps from everything the Quarter has to offer yet away from the hub bub. When booking a historic property there will be compromises and this hotel does not disappoint. The king bed is supremely comfortable with high quality linens. The clean room is nicely appointed yet, oddly missing a chair so computer work is difficult. The western facing windows take the full brunt of the afternoon sun so the blackout curtains must be drawn if the air conditioner has any hope of keeping up. The old world charm and friendly staff make up for any inconvenience and add to the atmosphere of the accommodations.

Great Stay, Perfect Location, and Outstanding Staff!I had a wonderful time staying at Saint Peter's Inn and would definitely return. The location is absolutely perfect because it is just two blocks away from Bourbon Street. It was close enough to walk to all the action, but surprisingly, I couldn't hear any of the street noise from my room. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. My room was great and featured a very nice, large, comfortable bed alongside a pull-out sofa. It was incredibly convenient for relaxing after late nights out. The television did not really work during my stay, but it did not bother me at all since I spent most of my time out exploring the city. Keep an eye out for the famously huge Louisiana cockroaches, but that is just part of the local charm and environment. The hotel staff truly made the trip special. They were excellent and always ready with great recommendations. An older gentleman at the desk provided me with a fantastic list of local restaurants. Thanks to his suggestions, I had some incredible meals. I am now officially obsessed with the local rice and beans with sausage. I also booked an alligator tour through my trip, which was a blast. All in all, I had an amazing time in Louisiana and highly recommend Saint Peter's Inn for anyone visiting New Orleans!

Great location, easy walking distance to the French Quarter. Air conditioning was amazing in the heat. Nice big unit for family of 6.

I LOVED this Inn! Super walkable, quaint, clean, and cool.
-
Really nice staff and a great location. AC was fabulous, water pressure was great, and we enjoyed watching the street scene from the balcony.
-
Beautiful property, loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings. Was worried about air conditioning since it was an old building but it was surprisingly strong!
-
Balcony was nice and the area was pretty clean
-
Amazing location next to everything humble staff
-
Was the cutest place to stay! There may be no continental breakfast but the location and staff made up for it for sure! Perfect and so fun to stay right in the middle of everything!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to Bourbon Street. -CONS- Since there were 5 of us, one had to use the sofa bed. Underneath the sofa were used bottle waters from who knows how long it’s been there. Lots of dust bunnies. The bed itself were disgustingly stained and the frame weren’t holding the weight properly anymore. Sofa cushions were all stained as well and the paint in the bathroom ceiling were peeling off. No, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is not fancy but very cozy and clean. It's more like an apartment. Close enough to the French Quarter that you can enjoy it, but far enough away you can get away from it if you want some quiet. Super close to Congo Square and St. Louis Cemetery #1 and the Visitor's Center. I will be staying there again.

Trash on floor, front door deadbolt didnt work, door had a gap throught it to see out, ceiling fans had build up dust
-
No desk in the room to do work.
