The location When I first arrived the AC was not working it was super hot in the room. The staff was rude and we never got fresh towels the entire stay. Room service was bad. The Maintenance guy was the only person who helped me with anything.

The property was horrible. We got in the room. The carpet was wet that we put out food in the refrigerator. It didn’t work. We didn’t get no towels. No one cleaned the room up. We left a day early and I still have not received my deposit or the day for the room that we left early this
