The staff was great. They were attentive and took care of all our needs.

I thought everything was really great. The swimming pool could have been bigger but other than that very friendly staff. Clean environment. Love the popcorn, the free bread pudding was delicious. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying at one of your hotels again

Extremely small pool; considered a dipping pool, no swimming. Small gym is crowded with 3/4 persons. Great downtown location and within walking distance (with luggage) to carnival port.

Staff were lovely, the space was great, everything was clean and worked well, and they have nice amenities (coffee daily, snacks once a day). They don't really know how to work with booking.com, so maybe they shouldn't use them? No one can explain my itemized receipt to me, and it doesn't match my credit card statement. If the hotel can generate a receipt, they should be able to explain everything on it. And no one should ever have to ask for an itemized receipt. That should be standard. Additionally we tried to change our reservation to arriving a day later. Whenever I called about my reservation I was forwarded to global whatever parent company, who then told me I had to talk to Booking.com and ended the call. I DID tell Booking.com, but the hotel called us a no-show and then didn't know how to find our reservation when we showed up the next day. They said they called us (my husband's number specifically), but he had no calls from them. Obviously there are issues here with Booking.com and Global whatever it is, but there are also issues with the hotel staff managing these bookings and saying that they called us when we had no missed calls to the number they said they called. There were two other parties with booking issues at the time that we checked in.

I recommend updating the pool and hot tub.

Only issue we had was it took an hour to get our car from valet because they were so busy and everyone was checking out at the same time. Oh! And they are going to try and get you to attend a timeshare sales pitch, but they will give you an activity of your choosing for the time. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This room was amazing! It was very large. Staff was very friendly. Could not be happier with the stay. Will definitely book here next time I'm in town. Thank you!

Great place to stay! Clean rooms and staff members are very welcoming.

The room was spacious and very clean. The property itself was in a wonderful location just a short walk to all the attractions. The people at the front desk should all get raises. They answered numerous questions, were always smiling, and knew everything about the city. My first time in New Orleans and had a wonderful time

Perfect location! Great value. Kind staff. Large 2 bed/2 bath with kitchenette. Highly recommend!

Didn’t know there was a breakfast

The staff was absolutely fabulous, accommodated us in every way. The pictures depict the actual property well. Great location, safe, quiet, and walkable to most things.

The property was extremely welcoming. Easy valet service allowing you to step right out and into the check-in desk. You’re about a 15 min walk to Jackson Square and about 20 min to the Superdome. So very convenient to all of the French Quarter and surrounding area. My only complaint would be that there is no housekeeping or turn-down services. They will replenish towels and soap, coffee, essentials like that but no actua cleaning or making of beds or things of that nature that most hotels offer. But that wasn’t a huge deal to us.

Stay is always excellent at La Belle Maison New Orleans.
