A/C not good in our room. Also had to call several times to get towels and blankets. Staff were extremely nice on a positive note!!!

The internet was constantly out and I was over charged and was put in wrong room

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay—except for the service. When we checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t ready. We went upstairs only to find the room still messy, so we had to come back downstairs and have our room changed. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. When we checked out, we received an invoice for the city tax, which we expected and paid. Two days later, however, I noticed additional charges on my credit card. I called the hotel three separate times to ask what the charges were for. Each time, I was told they weren’t sure, that someone would call me back, and no one ever did.

This is such a nice hotel and centrally located on magazine street where if you’re into night life, there are choices near. I stayed for 4 days for a college drop off and it was a quick. 10-13 min drive depending on traffic It’s hard to find parking so valet or pay to park are other options can can be around $50/ night depending on what’s going on in the city. The air conditioning system in our room was a bit noisy coming on and going off, but the comfort, optics, design, customer service …. 10/10. If you’re on the fence, it’s a yes!

They charge you for things you didn’t use and say they can’t refund them. And suggest you do a claim with your credit card company per Vaughn Collins manager. Also, that is after he said he would call me back but did not many times!!!

My rooms have felt small. And I found a toilet that had not been cleaned based on the leftover drop and long hair that greeted me. I informed them at checkout and she apologized and offered me a drink from the restaurant.
