I was looking forward to the pool but it smelled strongly of chlorine and it was very cloudy so I skipped getting in. I was really looking forward to that too…

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The room is comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect for getting around. I'd really recommend to stay there. Breakfast has little choice, especially if you don't like savory options, but is ok.

The images make the room off the lobby look lovely, but in reality there is a horrible smell that permeates the entire downstairs, including the bar. Not a place you really want to belly up to. Basically, all the images are done with a fish-eye lens making everything look wonderful. The quaint little New Orleans alleyway with chairs and umbrellas? That smells like garbage, unfortunately, because the trash for the steakhouse next door borders the alleyway. You have to pass through that to get to the other building and it's terrible to endure it for that long. The pool is cute. Very tiny. More like a large jacuzzi size. But classically New Orleans with the brick and ivy. The bedroom was small, but it did the trick. The bed was comfortable, and the shower/tub were fine. Anyway, I had hoped for more since we chose it over our usual hotel because it seemed to have more of a New Orleans vibe, but that wasn't really the best choice.

I always had a connection to this building and when I found that out I had to stay.

Wow there is so much to be said for the amazing. Chase, Sean, Andrew, Annika, Terrance, Steve, and Christine. You all made this Birthday celebration absolutely top knotch. The service was absolutely outstanding! This hotel has charm, and the location is just close enough to all the main attractions. We were love you guys! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The location was great, the staff at the front was very helpful, and room was super cute! I love the walkin shower! I would really appreciate free parking to be added, or at leaast the cost up front $43 a night was a bit much!

Charming, clean, and safe I liked everything about to property

The cleanliness and tidiness were good, except for a few minor spots on the bedding. The bedroom gave off mild sewer smell though. Amenity - Instant coffee pods were provided. However, no bottled water or electric kettle. Staff - Readily available, professional, and welcoming.

Very nice staff. Very close to everything

This hotel had some really pretty pictures. That’s what sold me. I would not recommend booking this hotel. The rooms were old, the bathrooms were “renovated” when they used to have sliding doors are now curtains. But they didn’t remove the entirety of the sliding doors. The staff was not as knowledgeable as I would like them to be. I was charged for my two rooms at arrival, but had to swipe my card again when my second party arrived likely due to the fact that the staff were not commuting with each other. The bar was hardly open and when it was, the “bartender” had no set menu. And lastly the rooms were separated into two buildings and the doors to each building was giving many patrons trouble with using their key cards.
