Nothing inspired confidence about the place.

Loved the Hotel-small,boutique space with a great outdoor space, handy little bar in the lobby ..great (strong) cocktails! First drink on the house to welcome guests. Parking is on the street which was fine, no concerns about parking. They have a tiny lot if guests are worried about safety..but things were fine! There was a booking accident-our original king room was given to another guest, so they gave us 2 Queen rooms (no extra charge) and it worked out beautifully. Guests would likely need to Uber if planning on partying in the FQ,but Magazine Street was pretty close. Nice to stay outside FQ sometimes..quiet & chill!

Nice, clean, safe place to stay close to everything and friendly staff.

Great little spot, lots of deferred maintenance, needs paint, carpets cleaned and some TLC.

This was a rough stay with numerous issues. The carpet runner in the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time and there was quite a thick layer of dust on things in the room, particularly in the bathroom where my wife had top wipe a thick layer off the top of the toilet tank. Not sure how long it had been since it was cleaned, but clearly it had been a while. There was no smoke detector in the room. I'm not normally one to go looking for a smoke detector but it was hard to miss the mounting plate on the ceiling with the wire hanging out of it but nothing connected to it. The biggest problem of all was the air conditioner which buzzed all night long...high then low, high then low, high then low...on and on all night long. But even had it not been noisy, the light on the unit that tells you the temperature it's set at lit up the room like a giant night light, keeping my wife up much of the night. I'm a handy guy but I couldn't figure out how to turn the light off and it was too hot to go without a/c. On the plus side, the shower was great...awesome pressure, very satisfying. Anyway, they have no on-site maintenance and the front desk was closed for the night so we couldn't do anything about it. In the end, we decided to book our next night elsewhere and just live with the wasted $ for our Marsh reservation. We've never done that before but we weren't going to risk another sleepless night.

Loved the complimentary drinks at the bar and the reasonably priced coffees in the morning. One of the best lattes I've had. Do wish there was private parking but even with that said street parking was not hard to find at all.

This was a clean property that was located conveniently near the public transportation Trolley.

Small intimate boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms but they are small. If you are of larger size you may find the restrooms difficult to navigate. Also sliding barn door on the restroom provides less sound proofing if you are sharing a room with someone. Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioner is mounted on wall above one of the beds which works well but may bother some who do like the direct air flow. Lobby coffee shop and bar is really cozy and inviting. Free Fresh citrus infused water everyday in the lobby was a godsend after walking in 90 plus heat. Walkable to St Charles Ave. We would stay here again.

This property was a little off the beaten path which made it nice and quite away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown / bourbon st. scene. It has a nice bar/coffee shop inside of it and you receive a free drink voucher upon check in which was nice. We only had one night here as it was a last minute need for a canceled flight. It offered a nice relaxing retreat from the stress of that situation. The one issue you might find with this property is that to get to any restaurants or bars, you will either need to walk about 1/4 - 1/2 mile or get a ride somewhere.

We needed one night in a clean and comfortable hotel in New Orleans. This hotel fit perfectly. The street parking was easy and felt safe. It's not a luxurious hotel, but it met our needs for this visit.

Friendly staff, nice amenities and room. Thin walls, so it was kinda noisy
