Hotel is very well kept, breakfast was good but there is no meat selection. Bar and staff were great just wished that there was more food items in the menu. The hotel is pet friendly which I don’t mind but I wish they would have put me in a floor were I was not hearing a dog bark all night.

Beautiful and charming smaller hotel. Building with history and a nice little pool with free breakfast. Convenient location very close to the French quarter, cafe du monde, mall, national parks historical office, and casino.

This is a fantastic hotel in the French Quarter district, which is within walking distance of the many historical beauties New Orleans has to offer. I loved the included morning breakfast, the lounge area and bar is fantastic, and the hotel is well maintained and operated. 10/10, would stay again.

Excellent experience with a restored Nola hotel. Great staff and great accommodations. Appreciated the breakfasts and the pool.

    Great location and very secure.

Nice property. Close to everything! You can literally walk everywhere. Only mishap was our room had no body wash and when we asked the front desk to refill it seemed to be a bother. At the prices we paid for our suite, I expected better service.

Let me first start out by mentioning some names; Stephen, Joel, and Christian were the most excellent representatives of the hotel. Apparently the cleaning/ maintenance staff was very limited when we were there but they went above and beyond for our comfort. They deserve a reward. Some of the cons; the people that worked in the bar area were not friendly and did not acknowledge us. We would wait for a drink or for some type of service and they would look at us and walk off. At one point I tried to talk to the worker at breakfast and he was very short and snarky. Overall, It was very uncomfortable to deal with them over there. The hotel is freezing!!!I was told that the GM likes it that way and has made it to where none of the workers can change the temperature. My sister became sick because of this; you sweat outdoors then freeze inside. The rooms are not climate personable; you will either freeze or you have to turn it off which means it's going to be way too hot. God bless the staff for having space heaters, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel that cost this much. The pictures that you see online do not match the pictures of the hotel. The pool is very small and narrow, and the sitting area that you see for the bar has dated couches that sink in and you can't even sit in them. you can clearly see the holes before you even sit down. The area is quiet, but honestly, the best part of this hotel is the three names that I mentioned at the beginning. I hope they do better

No hotel parking but I prepaid parking next to hotel P406. The lounge and bar area was very nice. I stay a rhe Hyatt Centric in Memphis and the room was also Hi-tech design. I would suggest to upgrade the shower head to rain with handheld spray. A motion sensor light on the side of bed would allow your guest to get up at night and not running into anything.

First encounter with night clerk was not welcoming. He was rude and not very helpful and seemed annoyed with our questions and late check in. Place is nice need to work on staff personality. Parking is in a lot and the price per day ridiculous. I left to a hotel that had valet at a lower rate.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. In keeping with original building. Great air conditioning. Super riverside location and easy access to French quarter. Bar area quiet and pool small but served its purpose. We would definitely recommend it.

Made a last minute reservation and really enjoyed it. Great location and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in New Orleans. Would love to book one of their suites with a balcony!

The location The smell on our floor and the power outage that left us hot and sweaty overnight

2 downsides though: (1) We knew from the website that we’d have to pay for parking, but outdoor self-parking directly behind the hotel is $66 per day! That is excessive. I did a little Googling and learned that we could self-park across the street at the Westin (indoors) for $40 per day. One11 does not tell you that. They direct you to park behind them. And if you don’t pay immediately, you WILL get booted…even if you’ve only been out there a few minutes; my fiancé and I watched people get booted from our hotel window. The Westin is a much better deal and has the same convenience. (2) We stayed there for 3 nights. We were told when we arrived that the kitchen was down. So complementary breakfast in the morning was not good. No cooked options on any of the 3 mornings we were there. No hot eggs, no sausage, no oatmeal. With the exception of waffles we had to make ourselves, just cold breakfast options like cereal, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and fruit. I’ve had much better hotel breakfasts. Would I recommend? Yes…either don’t drive or just be prepared to pay for parking and plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Very convenient location, beautifully renovated building, nice outdoor pool, sky deck on the 8th floor, tastefully styled lobby, breakfast was included.
