This hotel delivered a 4 star experience for a 2 star price. I am very thankful to the front desk crew and cleaning crew for their attention to detail. I was traveling with a handicapped person and want them to know how appreciative we are for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

The karaoke at the bar restaurant was the hit of the weekend. And the awesome pool

I didn’t have time to eat breakfast but I am sure to take advantage when I use the facility again. Being on such short notice I was very pleased the services was excellent Nothing everything was excellent

The location was good. The room was clean and the restaurant was good too. It was quiet. Ice machines upstairs weren’t working and last November when I was there they weren’t working either. Also, many of the room air conditioners, including my room, were leaking out into the hallway.

The bedding was VISIBLY not changed from whoever stayed prior (hair, stains, what looked like bodily fluid). A dead roach on the floor. Floors were dirty and sticky so we kept our shoes on the entire stay. Hairs all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink didnt drain. Looks like there was an attempt to renovate the place recently but the tub was so disgusting we decided to forgo a shower. We only needed one night thankfully because our AC was broken and went in hopes to get some releif from the heat but ended up wishing we stayed in the house. Front desk was nice but couldn't get anyone to come to our table in the restaurant inside the lobby and ended up leaving. If it wasnt 90 degrees in my house we would have gone home. Ended up having to sleep without bedding and put down our own blankets since the existing bedding was so gross. I mean VISIBLY USED.. gagging just thinking about it.

The staff was incredibly helpful, even given me and another patron water, which was really cool of them. The price is more than reasonable for the room. It’s right there on the main drag of 19 and you’re around everything you’re gonna need.. from a Cracker Barrel to a CVS..

It was in a great location. Easily accessible and close to the areas I needed to get to. The room was clean and I was comfortable It is a dated property. The door was sticky to get closed properly and I could smell smoke constantly through the door of people in the hallway smoking

Clean, quiet, nice, pretty. Conference facilities were great. Room newly updated. Restaurant and bar in hotel. Parking lot well lit and felt safe. Shopping close by. I'm 79. Never found the elevator. But, only there 2 nights. Breakfast was not good. All was cold and sparce. Eggs, grits, potatoes, coffee, juice, pre-cooked toast. No meat. Sterno not lit. We had over 75 people there for meeting.
