Great location, excellent staff and support in the Lobby, rooftop bar was a bonus

Loved the roof too view of the Empire State Building. Great bar! Also very nicely decorated rooms with comfortable bedding. Unfortunately the gym was not in the building and a bit of a walk away which was inconvenient. A small gym would have helped.

Spyglass Rooftop Bar and Empire View from the room. Well, I was told that my room would be on the 20th floor but I end up on 15th floor. I got my hopes up.

Front staff was very accommodating with luggage storage, both when we arrived and before departure.

Prime location, fantastic view of Empire State building, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast Room is a little small.

I stayed at the archer hotel celebrating my 60th birthday with my son. The hotel is close to everything! A 5 min walk to the train. 10 minutes to Macys, times square, and broadway. I would definitely stay here again. I loved it.

It was great. I love the room amenities, coffee maker, fridge, request a microwave. It was quiet and safe.

Friendly staff, great location, although the room may seem small - it is NYC - it was the perfect size for 2 people for a weekend getaway. Great design and decor. Comfy bed. Bathroom was excellent including water pressure. Loved the view. Rooftop bar food was good, views excellent. Would stay at the Archer again. Some of the public space furniture was showing its age. Fridge in the room wasn't cold enough.

This was a last minute booking for us because our flight home was cancelled and we needed a place to stay. It was an excellent choice!! Although the room was small, it was lovely and very comfortable. The restaurant/bar had excellent food and service and the rooftop bar was a blast with amazing night time views of the city and the Empire State Building. Service all the way around was top notch!

The room was incredibly small. My husband and our very small suitcase went in, and I couldn’t fit! My knees hit the bathroom door, sitting on the side of the bed. Not exaggerating! We had very cold air blowing on our faces. The air couldn’t be turned down, so we turned the heat up! Very uncomfortable. Yes, there were many options on the TV, however, you have to use YOUR ID and passwords to access them. So, basically, two stations. We thought the atmosphere would be more unique, rather than the normal hotel feel. The only thing unique was 1 brick wall behind the bed. All that said, we were very disappointed. Their description was very misleading. This is not a luxury hotel. The rooftop bar was cute. You could see the Empire State Bldg. My husband’s Dewar’s and soda was $24.00. We know NY prices, but for $525.00, we were expecting a bit more. Again, all I can say is, very, very disappointed and very dissatisfied. Don’t let the clock in the photo fool you! There is no pretty lobby! The check-in person was very nice and the elevators were very fast. That’s about the extent of positive I can give.

I absolutely loved our stay at the Archer in New York City. Such a beautiful hotel! We’ll be back for sure! :)
