The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome.

Coffee in the room was horrible taste it makes McDonald’s coffee taste like premium. Coffee maker doesn’t work and dirty.

Great stay!

Loved the location, the rooftop bar and I thought the hotel was clean , nicely decorated, ( up to date), and well maintained.

This was my second time and I am still absolutely charmed. The location is magical and perfectly situated in NYC. A huge thank you to Joshua for his extraordinary welcome: he went above and beyond to get me a superb room with a view of the Empire State Building. His politeness, courtesy, and constant smile truly reflect the hotel's excellent service. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely return!

I liked the customer service, Manny was excellent and gave us a credit for our stay since we couldn’t check in on time. He made our experience incredible! Thank you Manny! The rooms were much smaller than anticipated, wish parking was available on site instead of a parking garage that was hard to get to and farther away from the hotel.

Exceptional

Staff wasn’t responsive, I wrote to them before my stay and never hear back; corridors were dirty, in the bathroom were hairs of all kinds, disgusting! They don’t have any amenities at all, not even water or coffee like in most of the hotels with same category. My stay wasn’t as expected, disappointed!

I think the biggest flaw was having purchased the bed-and-breakfast package which included what I thought was the entire breakfast buffet and ended up learning It actually included just a 34 dollar allowance per person. Everything in the menu was very expensive so it was easy to go over the allowed amount, which obviously does not include tax or gratuity, so I ended up paying way more than o planned for- I would have rather walked out to get a MUCH NICER breakfast close by (many options available). And, if the breakfast quality would have matched the price I would have been happy to pay, but it was extremely disappointing, not varied, not good quality or flavour. My advice is: stay is fine but avoid eating there

Superb

Quite literally the most perfect stay from the moment I checked in to checking out. I stayed for 3 nights celebrating my birthday. Had a view of the Empire State Building as I’d booked. They provided me with a $50 room credit which I used toward an in room dining breakfast. Shoutout to the entire staff but especially Martin, the server at Harta who was so hospitable, attentive and even added a complimentary dessert during lunch with me and my friends. Location is super convenient. Will be booking again!

The check in process went very quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful and explained all of the amenities of the hotel in detail. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

I had a great stay at The Grayson Hotel in NYC. The hotel has a modern, stylish atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily consider staying here again on my next visit to New York.

The single bed rooms are smaller but have everything needed for a comfortable stay. We slept well and the blackout curtains worked perfectly! We had a lower room that wasn't facing the main street and actually enjoyed that because we didn't hear any street noises.
