We stayed at the Park Terrace Hotel for one night after returning from a trip to the Azores. It was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The staff was welcoming. The restaurant, La Pecora Bianca, was accessible through the lobby, which made these tired travelers happy. The hotel's location next to Bryant Park provided a quick sightseeing stop before heading to the airport to continue our travels home.

Great central location by Bryant Park and out of the riff raff of Times Sq. Many nice cafes and bakeries close by. We dined at the adjacent La Padrona Blanca restaurant and had a great dinner before an evening Broadway show. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the terrace with ample seating and happy hour drinks. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is not as described. And look at it feels like a sterile, made over hospital room. I arrived at 2 AM after a horrendous delay, to terrible service. I brushed it off only to walk into the hotel room and turn right back around. There is absolutely no way I could’ve stayed there for four-day week trip. Take your money elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about this Hotel.

Always a pleasure to stay here! Great location, and the staff couldn’t be any nicer and more helpful! Very clean and well maintained.

Very comfortable hotel, rooms spacious, and great location!

the Staff was great

It’s a great home base for both work and exploring the city, with easy access to restaurants, museums, transit, and Midtown. I also appreciate the calm, comfortable atmosphere of the hotel after a busy day in Manhattan. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, polished, and reliable hotel in New York.

Lovely hotel with a kind and helpful staff. I am a returning guest and would keep on doing that.

The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great.

I requested late check out or a place to work and the staff did not care to help me solve the issue. I’ve stayed more than 5 times in this hotel and will find somewhere else that will ensure our needs are met when we travel.
-
This hotel is not four star hotel, for the price you pay is better to pay a little bit extra going in a real five star hotel
-
Cons: it doesn’t have a resto.

The best place to stay in NYC! This was my 12th stay and I adore the staff and this hotel.

This is a great hotel in a great area--away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but close enough to get there in a short walk. The building was lovely, comfortable, and well air-conditioned.

All of the staff, except Devin, were amazing! About Devin: when I called down to say we were checking out, he said, “let me confirm your email and charges”. I replied, “there shouldn’t be any charges”. He retorted, “well we haven’t checked the room for damages yet!” That remark was off putting to me. Despite that, we’ll definitely stay again! Shout out to sweet Kaylin (sp?) who was especially warm and knew we needed chocolate!
