Courtyard by Marriott New York City Manhattan Fifth Avenue

For the most part, was a good Hotel only problem we have for three days was the one of the elevator was broke and we have to wait long time just to get to the fifth floor. All of that. I recommend this hotel for the future location is excellent. Time square Empire State building easy access to the subway and planning to see them by.

Upon check in. The system was down and wasn't able to check in until after 6 pm. Long lines broken elevators i had to rooms pay over 1500 for my stay ill never stay there again

The TALL BLACK MALE front desk who assisted us made me feel extremely uncomfortable because of his rude and unprofessional attitude. This was one of the worst front desk experiences I have had at a Marriott property. The coffee maker on the second floor was also out of service in the morning. Very disappointing stay overall.

Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Convenient location. Staff was always helpful. I’d stay again!

Location Toilets leaked, room had stuff from prior guests, and cleanliness was missing. Ice machine was broken. It really was bad, we actually left after getting additional reservations at another nearby hotel.

The best part about this hotel is the great location - close to Times Square but far enough to where it's not as busy. Also close to grand central station which made access subways easy as well. Daily cleaning. Both elevators wore broken at 1 point during our stay, so imagine staying on the 26th floor :) .. the only negative part about our trip but overall would stay here again.

They don’t really have any in room things like a microwave or fridge so be mindful, The microwave is on a different floor shared and the fridge just isn’t an option!

Love the location!

Room was clean but ac unit was leaking and bathroom tub could use a deep clean. Otherwise comfortable enough and a great price and location.

The front desk staff here were very nice annd deserve an updated facility. The facility is very dated. The bathroom showers and lighting could use a major upgrade. The rooms don’t have refrigerators or microwaves There is only one ice machine per 25+ floors bc one was broken. Check in was delayed for us and appeared to be delayed for others throughout our stay bc there were always people waiting with their suitcases at check in time. Having said all of that, the room was comfortable and the location was conveniently located.
