great location, clean hotel and rooms, gym is off-site and our room was not cleaned daily. Would recommend though because it was very nice.

What stands out most is the staff's services oriented attitude and philosophy. While a few things went wrong during the trip, what was more important was the staff made it right. They are services minded and that matters more than everything going perfectly for us. The lobby is lovely. The rooms are nice (small.). The rooms were clean. While they offer a few little goodies like bagels and sweets and little fruit in the morning, they don't stock enough and by the time we get down there, there's nothing left and they don't restock. That's probably the one suggestion we would make is that they just keep extra in the back and if they run out, they go and replenish, during their allotted breakfast times. Sometimes the elevators are running slowly, depending on the time of day. We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, and most of the time they were pretty quick. We ordered outside food delivery, and if they don't let the delivery person up to the room, they're nice enough to bring it up, almost always within minutes. There's one staff member who is forgetful on multiple things and she probably needs additional training. Everyone else is pretty quick with handling needs. Check in and out process was fast and simple. And we found out too late, but they may validate parking. (Not sure.).We would definitely stay here again,depending on the price.One more thing to note, when booking,the main photos are of their highest offered rooms. If you're booking standard, you won't have a view.

Everything was convenient and as described. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would also recommend using the hotel’s transport service for the airport.

Property is clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet too for being in Manhattan. Staff were friendly and helpful, accommodated a slightly early check in and held luggage for a brief period. High ratings are legitimate and well deserved. Would stay here again.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel staff was super friendly and was able to offer early check-in as well as to keep our luggage after check out. The room was very clean and has everything we needed. Location was close to the subway station and lots of sightseeing spots! Certainly a 10/10 experience.

My daughter was so pleased with me for selecting this hotel and location. The efficient design was amazingly smart and comfortable. So glad for the downstairs patio, where my daughter was able to work while I attended my medical appointments. We really enjoyed our after-dinner walk to see the architectural wonders of the New York Public Library, and the surrounding landscaping of Bryant Park – just beautiful! The pillows (all the same size) were too thick for the comfort of my neck. Varying the sizes might alleviate this. Otherwise, EVERYTHING was perfect.
