Very clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Others have remarked about the relative quiet for NYC and this is accurate. We really appreciated the excellent housekeeping and daily refresh of towels. One area of improvement is that front desk staff is hit or miss with some being very helpful and others dismissive. For example, we asked the exact same question to two different front desk staff. One person declared our request "impossible" and when we asked why that's the case we were told "the computer system isn't designed that way." As all of us have worked in hospitality we knew this was ridiculous, so we asked someone else on a different shift and were accommodated instantly, "of course, that's no problem at all!"

Loved this hotel, room was spacious , nice bathroom and amenities . Room service was perfect, staff was helpful, friendly, been to NYC several times- this was my favorite hotel! Breakfast was great, will be back!

This is my second stay at The Prince Kitano New York. The location is very convenient - about 3 blocks quick walk from Grand Central Terminal, 5-10 minutes walk to the NY Public Library and Bryant Park, ~15 minutes walk to Times Square and the theater district. The staff are all excellent, very attentive and their customer service orientation is unmatched. Rooftop bar is lovely with views of the Empire State Building on one side and the Chrysler Building on the other. The buffet breakfast is very good. The regular queen room is fine but the king suites are very nice and large, especially for a NYC hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Kitano Hotel New York. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere and the location is excellent for exploring Manhattan. One of the biggest bonuses for Harry Potter fans is that the Harry Potter New York shop is very nearby, making it incredibly easy to visit. A comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city, and I would happily return!

エレベーター等の設備は歴史を感じますが落ち着いたたたづまいで最近のホテルでは出せない重厚感がある雰囲気でした。朝食も長期滞在の疲れた胃には日本食があっさりで良かったです。 お風呂のカーテンがぞうきん臭かったのが1点だけ残念で、宿泊金額を考えるとそこもこだわってほしかったですね。
