The experience we had at the hotel between August 19 and 22 was terrible. We arrived on the first day at 8:00 PM after a flight and just wanted to rest and shower. We booked two rooms, in both of which the shower flooded and the entire shower room was completely flooded and we had to order a service that took about an hour to collect the water with a towel and a bucket. We asked to change rooms and were told that it was not possible at such an hour, only in the morning. This is an unacceptable level of service! And if we wanted to shower again during the evening, then we couldn't, nor in the morning because we had to wait for the rooms to be changed. In the morning, we already wanted to go for a walk and not bother changing rooms. We are the guests here and we decide when to change rooms. In addition, the water in the toilets did not drain reasonably and every time we used the toilet, it was impossible to flush. The next morning there was a problem with the toilet and the water kept coming down. We told room service about it and to our surprise when we returned to the room in the afternoon after 12 hours the problem still hadn't been fixed. The rooms lacked soap and toilet paper for the three days. Every contact with the front desk was met with indifference and the claim that they were the only ones there and couldn't send missing supplies to the rooms and that we had to go down and get them ourselves.
