The Bryant Park Hotel

Room was amazing and clean and the staff were super nice and friendly.

Excellent hotel, entirely modernized, with a very pleasant staff.

The location was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and we have no huge complaints about the hotel except they didn't have any type of room service. All they offered was coffee and muffins and you had to go downstairs to get it. No orange juice and no other selections. We liked the hotel, but because of not being able to get breakfast in the room and not having breakfast choices, I would probably not stay there again.

Location location location, we didn’t know Bryant Park and it was the high light of our trip. So happy I choose this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous old building standing tall and you can feel the history. Our corner room on the higher floors was perfect. They have remodeled the rooms and the lobby is in the process of being renovated so not very welcoming. The staff tired their best to make things as nice as possible. The facility fee which I don’t understand.

I will be returning again and again !!!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I will stay here every time I go to NYC. Prime location. Super clean, modern, updated rooms! The staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant! I wasn’t exactly pleased with the room I received due to it being small and basic and they upgraded me to a wonderful room that I did not want to check out from! Any time I called the front desk for anything at all, it was delivered within 5 minutes. The staff is right there to open doors, push elevator buttons and to greet you with every exit and entrance. Also, one of my favorite restaurants, KOI, was in the hotel! I also fell in love with Bryant Park just across the street. I just absolutely loved every thing about the Bryant Park hotel! I can’t wait to stay again!

I love that this hotel was so centralized to everything in the big apple! This is my first time, but it won’t be my last! The staff here are amazing and they welcome me right in when I arrived!

Exceptional

The location was a prime one no doubt. It was our wedding stay. The room we got was extremely spacious and facing Bryant Park. We could not have asked for a better accommodation. Room was very clean. It had bathtub and a shower, a little couch and a table to sit and have food at. Although there was construction happening outside one of the windows it still did not abstract the view we had. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Our beautifully renovated room was large and comfortable with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was convenient for walking to Broadway shows as well as catching public transportation to other parts of Manhattan. Nothing

At the front desk, Shelton was super-accommodating; the view of Bryant Park was spectacular; and the bed was extremely comfortable. We look forward to returning! Nothing. It was perfect.

The staff here was amazing. They even upgraded our hotel room to a suite. They gave us complimented champagne and chocolates to help start my husbands birthday off. I’m forever grateful and 100000% recommend staying. I’ve been to New York several times; by far my best stay. The room sizes are very large. It’s right next to the 42nd train station Entry as well.

Check in was efficient. Staff was very affable and courteous. Room was spacious and well appointed. My only demerit is we left our bags with them after checkout and upon returning to collect them in the evening they had no bathrooms we could use before making our trek out of the city.
