The morning breakfast in the mornings were great !

Breakfast was great, just wished the elevators were faster at getting to you. Staff was extremely helpful. Room had an AC we could change, but I'm pretty sure it didn't work cause it was so damn hot in there

Staff were helpful and the property and room were clean. Breakfast food was OK, they served the same thing everyday.

Staff was attentive, location was perfect. The sofa cama was old and uncomfortable.

There were cockroaches in the loo and insects in the kitchen. I complained the first night and they said they will look into it but it was same the second night too.

Location of hotel is just perfect and it saves lot of time. Also room service is very quick. Overall it looks to be a old property , elevators definitely need to be revamped

The room was clean, close proximity to main subway, attractions and food places. Breakfast was good and excellent service from staff.

Friendly staff. Water in toilet tank is running all night. Need to fix it. The room cost is high. Everything should be working and clean for the price that I paid for the room.

The location was great. Close to Times Square and the subway. Breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevator's were challenging during rush hours (in the morning and early evenings) - more demand than capacity. Used a room with a queen bed and sofa bed - in the pictures there was a wall separating the two areas, but the room we ended up with had the sofa in the same area. It worked but I should have just gotten two queen beds then, for the sofa bed didn't come with the same type quality of bedding as the queen bed.

Checking in was super easy and the front desk people were very friendly!!! It was my first time ever using valet, and they made it a comfortable experience for our stay. I would definitely stay herr again!

Amazing location and great complimentary breakfast!

Location is prime for well rounded exploration. Very clean. Elevator use is limited during morning breakfast. It took over an hour to get down front 11th floor. We opted to take the stairs, with a wheel chair it was that bad.
