Neat and clean good value for the money

The staff in the front are first class ! They are on it there treat u good !

I loved the location. There was easy access to the subway and a short walk to numerous sites. The staff was very friendly and our room was wonderful.

It is good experience. we are going to stay there again next to New York.

Location was fine. The room was not. It needed to be refreshed. The only amenity is a bar of soap. I was in room 708 which should never have been rented to a hotel guest. The room had no working telephone and the air-conditioning froze once and was replaced and then froze again. So we really did not have decent air-conditioning during our four night stay. Since I had booked through Expedia, there was nothing that they could do to takeoff from the price of the room. I did ask for additional miles which I did receive. I thought I should have gotten enough miles for a free night, but I did not receive enough miles for a free night. The breakfast and the breakfast room are fine. I managed to get a terrible room. The staff was good. The size and space in the room was very good for New York.

Great staff, good food

First of all, the location is outstanding—truly unbeatable. It is in a perfect area to explore the city, and we always felt very safe both inside and around the hotel. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Victor, who consistently checked on us during breakfast, made sure everything was going well, and kindly shared recommendations that made our experience even better. His warmth and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options available each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. The front desk team was also very friendly and always willing to help. The room was comfortable, and the beds were absolutely amazing—we slept incredibly well and truly felt rested every night. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the kitchenette. As someone with celiac disease and multiple food allergies, having a refrigerator available was extremely helpful and allowed me to safely store and prepare some of my own food. The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding a small induction cooktop or electric burner, which would make the kitchenette even more convenient for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. We are very happy with our stay and would absolutely return if we visit again. Greetings

We had 2 rooms they were always kept clean by cleaning staff 1 was accessible room water from shower no gap so was spilling all onto bathroom floor (slippery) shampoo conditioner body wash provided but conditioners kept empty had to keep asking front desk for some STAFF AWESOME! SERGIO FRONT DESK IS OUR FAVORITE WE MAY EVEN COME BACK JUST BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE! FRIENDLY KIND PERSONABLE EYE CONTACT FRIENDLY LISTENED DOWN TO EARTH GAVE GREAT RECCOMENDATIONS FUNNY REMEMBERED US !! Morning FREE Breakfast was GREAT could use more toasters loves that you have stevia sweetner and JUNIOR was AWESOME always made aure qe had enough or if we needed anything always clearing our table ! Right there if we needed anthing he was there to help ! Even recommended where my teenager grandson should go to get his Chopped Cheese New York Sandwich he wanted 1st time in New York! BIG THANK YOU TO SERRIO JUNIOR AND STAFF HERE. OUR 1ST TRIP TO NYC WAS MADE MUCH MORE MEMORIAL BECAUSE OF YOU! THANKS FROM YOUR CHICAGO FAMILY!!!

Stayed here for three nights during our visit to NY in mid May. Great locations, can walk to many nearby attractions including Times Square. Lots of dining and shopping options. Close to subway and have no problem connecting to anywhere in NY. The breakfast was included in our booking and it was excellent, the breakfast floor is very crowded. Enjoyed our stay.

The Residence inn at Times Square is the perfect hotel for a family vacation. Rooms are clean and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast area is comfortable and the food and staff are great. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation in NYC.

great location. peaches and bananas were yummy. breakfast was a bit boring - The elevator buttons were frustrating as some of the buttons for floors didn't work. and the wood is a bit tired.
