Walls are THIN. Can hear the conversation of people walking by. Towels, bedsheets, and floor not too clean. These being clean is a must. Housekeeping came by while we were out but didn’t do a great job. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

A few things to note are as follows: 1. There are only 3 elevators for the hotel so factor the wait time into any plans that you may have. 2. The closet space is very minimal and there is only one drawer for clothing, so if you have multiple people in the room you can count on living out of your suitcases. 3. There are not many hooks, towel bars, or places for your own tolietries within the shower space. 4. The shower door opens towards the toliet, so it can be a bit awkward to navigate with multiple people using one bathroom. 5. The breakfast set-up is not ideal at all. The corridor to enter and exit the hallway is very narrow and it feels like getting on an off the train during rush hour. There is nowhere to wait outside of the tables and chairs for eating, so that can be a bit chaotic even if you decided to take food back to your room.

Overall a nice stay. Happy hour was a nice perk! However, there was construction going on so our view was blocked by scaffolding. Also, be aware that there is an additional $30 fee per night that they tell you is a credit but you are being charged for it.

Liked our stay, the breakfast and ambience and the view!!

Breakfast variety when available. Coffee when available. Hot and cold cereal. Breakfast event could use a system. People looking around for open seats carrying plates and cups with hot liquid. Food and coffee appeared not to be regularly monitored for replenishment. People living plates on tables and it was hard to tell if they were coming back or the area was vacant for next group. A team assigned to monitor the flow could improve the flow tremendously during peak times.

Many extra fees and they don’t tell you about it. Even when you question it they kind of get defensive about it and they still don’t explain it correctly. The man that helps hold your suitcase was amazing. So sweet and helpful

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Hilton. There was a lot of variety at the complementary breakfast buffet, and the afternoon happy hour with complementary cocktails and light snacks is welcoming and a nice way to meet and chat with other travellers.

Breakfast was great thats what always pulls me towards embassy suites. Room was newly renovated and clean. Updated TV and coffee pot in room

Daily housekeeping, great breakfast and evening reception daily with two complimentary drinks. My only complaint was that the front desk and the lobby bar were unwilling to break a $20 bill to tip the staff working the breakfast and the bartenders.
