Very good location!

Some areas in the hotel needs a bit of care. Breakfast is included but noy many healthy options

Very friend my staff. Very conveniently located close to a small store that sells travel essentials and food! Laundry service across the street! A must consider when looking!

This hotel is always a safe bet. I’ve stayed here several times and never disappoints me. Greta staff and excellent location. Would definitely be back again.

Staff we encountered are all very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good too. Air conditioning works well. Our room was clean too

Gave us early check in and waived the fee. We rented a wheelchair and had it delivered and the front desk held it for us and then took it again to hold for pickup at the end of our stay. Our flight out was several hours after check out. Front desk held our luggage so we could enjoy the day without dragging luggage around. Great experience!

The staff was super nice and helpful, but the elevator was broken, the rooms smelly like wet towel, the door of the bathroom stuck all the time,

I moved from the Sheraton on 7th Avenue and was pleased that the bed was actually a queen (not a double) and I could movraround the room without having to walk sideways to fit between the bed and the dressers and walls. Also, they would start jackhammering at midnight for 30 or 60 minutes. The Holiday Inn Express was much quieter. Also, nice location within walking distance of Penn Station and Times Square.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Center of midtown so close to everything. The room ac is old and noisy. Breakfast is ok.

I liked that the hotel was in the middle of everything and they free breakfast, which i liked. But the potatoes were not cooked well. Breakfast was decent. The elevators take sooooo long btw. Waited almost 10min for one to come down at the lobby! And its very warm in the hallways and elevator. I dont think i would stay here again

The room was clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was decent, and the air conditioning unit worked.

Location, breakfast and staff are good No parking, no space inside the room, bathroom door have a broken hinge. The bathroom too small and the crystal door did not close properly. Humidity inside the room.

Not very clean or well maintained. The breakfast was great and so was the location. Rooms are very small, beds not the best.

Dirty and lacked good customer service.

Staff were helpful, although didnt have a fridge in the room and had to ask on 5 separate occasions. Got one eventually. Room was decent and comfortable beds and clean linen. Bathroom was ok, but room for improvement, as plasterwork has previously come away from the ceiling in the shower cubicle and looked like more was about to come away. Phones in room didnt work. Breakfast was edible, although not a great selection and VERY limited space, given the amount of guests staying in the hotel at any time. All in all, served a purpose and would most likely stay again, depending on price.
