The parking was a walk to the hotel, so drop your bags at the hotel before parking your car. There was no in and out access to your vehicle. The breakfast was average at best. The room was clean and accommodated our family of five.

I liked that breakfast was included. It is a good hotel for wanting to explore the city and having a pit stop to sleep and fulfill your basic needs. Room is small but still pretty comfortable.

Ever since I arrived, I’ve been leaving the do not disturb sign on my door because I did not want housekeeping today. The bed was done. The trash just taken and Your towels were put in place, even though the sign of do not disturb us on the door. Meaning, I did not want anyone to come into the room, and there was $1000 stolen for my room. I’m sure I will take weeks to hear back from the company or I probably never will but I think it’s so wrong. When there’s clearly I do not disturb sign on the door and things are taken. I also got told my management that there was someone in the room and engineer did a key door check so someone was in the room I was told by the Hyatt company. I write this so that anyone that wants to stay here in the future is extremely careful even though it seems like a great location. Pictures are deceiving. Even though it may be affordable. It’s not worth leaving or losing out on personal belongings and personal things, and not being able to feel comfortable about leaving things behind i’m sure nothing will be done. I’ll get zero compensation. I won’t hear back like this, so I will sell. Everyone. Just please be careful and be mine will be before booking here

Best breakfast — a lot of variety! Will stay here again.

It was good, nothing to really complain about.

Firstly. I found the accommodations to be quite lacking: the rooms were very small and appeared outdated. Furthermore, the breakfast options were limited, especially considering the price paid for the night's stay. Additionally. I encountered some challenges with your staff's level of service. Although we initially booked for two nights and later added an extra night before our arrival, we were not accommodated in the same room. This resulted in our having to check out at noon and check back in at 3 PM. which caused us to wait over two hours in the lobby-a considerable inconvenience. I believe that addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure that future visitors enjoy their stay at your hotel.

Location, location, location. But for the price we paid we will look for something else next time we are in town. Very disappointed with Hyatt.

The view from the room was great and very comfortable. The hotel is 10 min walk from Penn station but the outside of the hotel is very dirty, the breakfast spread was minimal.

My room was on the 24th floor. Absolutely loved the view. The hotel us very well located on 36th and 6th. Great restaurant and sights near by.

Breakfast options were excellent. Rotates every day. Hotel very well located. Clean and rooms serviced every day . Loved the shower . We had a room with a magnificent view of Empire State Building. No issues . Would return.

Good breakfast spread , excellent staff and location. Spacious room .good amenities. Maybe add 1-2 more items for vegetarians in the cooked section.

Fantastic location, easy access. Breakfast options great for a busy day. Family of 5 was a little tight but we made it work.

Location was great breakfast was good with lots of options beds were comfy Our shower did not drain well after each shower took around 30 mins to empty we notified the front desk and despite this it was fixed during our 3 night stay
