The room was not properly checked before my arrival. First, the curtains were broken and stuck. Also, the TV remote control was missing when I checked in.Second, the TV is outdated. Most hotels nowadays allow guests to connect to Netflix or YouTube, but here that is blocked and the system is very old. Additionally, the mini-fridge needs maintenance; it makes a terrible, extremely loud buzzing noise every time it turns on and off.Third, we stayed on the 3rd floor, which was a big mistake. The lower floors are extremely noisy because garbage trucks collect trash on the street throughout the entire night and early morning. You literally cannot sleep.Finally, there is a big issue with the elevators. Only one elevator was working for a building with around 23 to 25 floors, while the other one was always turned waiting times

The best part was the breakfast and location. However, they only had one elevator working. So we had to go up and down the stairs, including with our luggage.

Buen servicio el personal muy atento. Lo mejor fue el desayuno. La habitación limpia pero muchas cosas desgastadas de viejo la WiFi dejó de funcionar varios días y el elevador solo funcionaba uno y tardaban más de 5 minutos esperando.

Location was excellent, turn right out of the property and a short walk to 5th Ave and turn left and your on your way to Broadway. Very dated, needs decorating and updating with tech eg connecting / charging stations, scaffolding all around, not sure if connected, breakfast area v small for the size of the property and hardly any staff on duty so it became v messy and not great to see.
