I loved this hotel. Clean, updated, bright, and perfectly located. The front desk worker, Shelley, was delightful and the reason I’m taking time to write this review. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and sweet (both when I checked in and the next night when I lost my key).

Our new favorite place to stay in NYC! The location is super convenient to MSG and Herald Square subway transportation. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are very comfortable. One note - we’ve stayed twice and have only been able to access our room right at checkin time/a little after, so if you are hoping for early checkin, this may not be your place. (We did easily store our bags with the valet, though.)
