Easy to get on if you’re staying on a high floor but difficult if you’re on a lower floor.

N/A Customer service was extremely poor. Took them over 5hrs and 4 phone calls full of back and forth just to get a play pen up in the room. Bedside outlets did not work. And the lady at the front desk Karen is extremely rude.

The toilet has to be the loudest flushing toilet I’ve ever heard!!! My daughter asked me not to flush at night if I didn’t have to!! And I was also able to hear the next room’s toilet flush!! The staff was mostly helpful-however on checkout day we were one minute after 12 getting to the room to get our luggage. I stopped at the desk to ask if we could have a couple minutes-she said that was fine but didn’t mention we’d need a new card. So I went all the way up to the room to find out we couldn’t get in at all & I had to go back down—just a little frustrating.

Location is excellent, near train and tourist spots. Also very safe area. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and I found a cockroach as well as hair on the bathroom wall, which made the space feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. On top of that, I paid for a queen bed, but the bed provided was clearly a full size. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean room and the room type I booked. Instead, the stay felt extremely overpriced for such a basic and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, accuracy of room descriptions, and overall guest experience.
