The water pressure in the showers was amazing! Probably the best showers we have ever taken! The air conditioning was a little difficult to regulate, but the room was nicely done, and the hotel was conveniently located.

Everything was great, rooms were clean, air conditioning was great, breakfast buffet was great every morning, and the staff was awesome. I will stay there again. Perfect location as well . Right between Times Square and Bryant Park.

At check-in time they only had one employee trying to check in a line of about 20 people and it took forever. Also they did a fire alarm test at 3 in the morning.

The staff was amazing during my entire stay. They were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. It could be better if they had an extra warmer. Instead of 2 have three. Rooms were very comfortable. The gym was good. It would be even better if they had some type of Nautilus equipment.

Great location. Modern and we'll designed. Dirty rooms. Noisy air conditioned. Despite having available rooms they do not let us in at 1pm. They asked for additional 75 usd. No cold water in the room, only very hot. No streaming service on TV!
