LUMA Hotel Times Square

Had an amazing time! So close to everything and yes tucked away far enough that you could escape the hustle. Love its proximity to Bryant Park as well. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well equipped.

Have stayed here many times and will be back. Location is great, service is great, and rooms are clean and comfy.

All of the staff we spoke to were super helpful and breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect, really clean, with daily housekeeping and had everything we needed with the added bonus of a Dyson hairdryer! We never had to wait for an elevator and the location of the hotel could not have been better, especially if, like us, Broadway shows are a feature of your itinerary. This was our fourth trip to New York and we will definitely be going back. We will certainly book the Luma Hotel when we do return and also recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect location just a few minutes from Times Square. Close to everything. Transportation (subway, buses) just minutes from hotel. We stayed in an Urban room with 2 king beds. There was no view, which we chose purposely. As a result, the room was super quiet after a busy day exploring New York. Beds were some of the comfiest we have ever slept in. Staff friendly and obliging. Lovely walk in shower. Staff sent a gift to our room for our anniversary. It was delivered by Alina, their robot. Wonderful touch. Couldn't fault the hotel. Absolutely brilliant!

Perfectly located within walking distance of Times Square and the theatres. We did not eat or drink at the on-site restaurant/bar, we were out and about, but it got a lot of business while we were there and seemed quite nice. Our room was very clean with modern amenities. It must be well insulated as we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. Maid service was excellent. The staff members were all as friendly and accommodating as you could ask for. I really can't think of a negative thing to say about The Luma and we plan on staying there again on our next visit to NYC.

From start to finish, LUMA Hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable — right by Times Square and within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see in the city. The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and feel brand new, exactly the kind of comfort you hope for after a long trip. But what truly set this place apart was the staff. We arrived off an overnight flight completely exhausted, and they checked us in as early as 9am — that single act of kindness essentially saved our entire first day, letting us rest and actually enjoy New York instead of waiting around. On top of that, they surprised my wife with a wonderful birthday gift delivered by their charming little robot, a lovely touch that made her day and something we'll remember for a long time. And to cap it all off, they let us check out as late as 1pm, which made our departure completely stress-free. Excellent location, immaculate rooms, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests. This is hospitality done right. We couldn't recommend LUMA Hotel more highly and can't wait to come back. Nothing
