Great location and staff. The hotel was very clean and the food was good.

Rain ruined our plans other than that it was great

Pool was cool when in the description it said it would be a heated pool so we couldn’t use it toooo cold

The night staff at the restaurant upstairs weren’t so helpful. Everything was a rush with them.

Location, excellent. Pool, excellent. Room size, small but expected in NYC. Nowhere to put a suitcase though. Clean, tidy & brightly furnished. Small room size. Like a bath as well as a shower.

The space was clean, however it took forever to get anywhere. The elevator took a long time and was always packed so getting in and out with luggage was a nightmare. The lobby was on the 6th floor to check in. There was no one to greet you upon arrival. The city parking garage near the hotel wouldn’t allow me access to my car during the day so I chose a different garage that allowed me access but then that became a problem. We ended up having to lug bags through Times Square and then the hotel wouldn’t validate the parking. The pool closed at 8 pm and there was not a lot of pace to sit. The lifeguard was in charge of cleaning up towels people left and getting towels for people so they didn’t always have eyes on the pool. The woman at the desk when I arrived was less than friendly. I wouldn’t go back ever again.

Made it seem like it was a problem that I booked with Expedia! Never got upgrade as a gold member!

Every aspect about this Hotel is SUPERIOR. Can't say I've ever stayed anywhere recently when ALL details were so carefully maintained! And your staff must love their work because they are consistently gracious. The ambience is definitely RESORT!

Great location, had a nice pool to take an afternoon break at, service was great, views were amazing. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

The decor is neat To start, the cleanliness. From the bacon on my room floor when we checked in, blood on our bed sheets, hair, pimple patches, and bandaids floating in the pool, open water bottles left by our coffee machine and over flowing garbages in the lobby- or perhaps the staff when these details were brought to their attention (blaming their paying guests instead of taking accountability). All around I would avoid this hotel at all costs
