Great location right in time square! Clean room, nice and cool, great views, nice and updated, and loved room service. Loved it here!

Excellent location for theatre and for subway lines. Tight space in rooms, but thoughtfully designed. There could sometimes be a wait for elevators, but not a major problem.

If you want to be in Times Square, it’s the perfect location, but you surrounded by animals and people of low class the minute you step outside. My wife was almost assaulted the minute we walked outside to go to dinner. Again, I cannot emphasize on the animals that are literally right outside the time Square. I suggest you find on location uptown on the east side where is much safer and if you wanna go in and out from Times Square, you’re using an Uber

Fantastic location, extremely clean and well maintained, great staff, only comment would be to expand the choice on the breakfast menu..

Went with 5 and 8 year old during summer. Having outdoor pool was so helpful to cool off in the afternooon and our girls LOVED it. Location also fantastic. Easy subway ride to most places. Went to multiple Broadway shows during evening (just walked over to TKTS booth during the day for discount tickets for the day of). Had a great time!

Margaritaville is an ideal place to stay in Times Square near all the theaters and they do validate parking at a garage across the street which is very helpful in manhattan. The pool is small and usually crowded but if you’re lucky enough to find a quiet time it’s a fun little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was a great hotel in an awesome location.

Karen who works mornings in the restaurant that served the free breakfast was very kind and helpful. Daniel I believe was another server that helped ease my anxiety about traveling through the city. :)

2. Pool is crowded...great for young kids, but not good for a lap swim unless you get lucky. No adult-only hours. 3. Staff is mostly great, but quality varies. 4. Location is both good and bad. Close to everything, but very crowded.

Pros Nice spacious rooms Good location same excellent roof terrace Cons Woefull breakfast and having to pick up vouchers every morning is a pain. Especially as it means having to use the lifts more. Breakfast area feels and smells like a bowling alley in the 80s. Lifts are slow and frequently get so backed up you have to wait for ages No irons available in whole hotel! Air con unit in room is extremely noisy, albeit very effective

El hotel es super acogedor, la ubicación es perfecta. Nos encantó, volveríamos en un futuro.

Over and sat me. Took forever to get my food and coffee. Once I received my meal I never saw my waitress again. No warm up on my coffee. No check back to make sure everything was good. I saw her seat other customers and telling them it will be at least 10-15 minutes before someone can wait on them. I finally got up to find my waitress so I could pay and go back to my room. Very disappointed in the service and won’t be back to this hotel.
