Bed was great! Water pressure in shower was a little rough and carpet in room was torn in a few spots but very comfortable stay otherwise. Appreciate the complimentary glass of wine!

Location was excellent.security was good and was with an Irish bar and restaurant No hot water for shower. Used another room but still didn’t work. Man trying to fix it late at night had to order parts. Was told management would be in touch with reimbursement but not heard anything.

Everything was above and beyond. The staff and room. Would totally recommend. 10 out 10.

However, the window unit was mounted in an area that was right above the bed. There was no clean access/air because our window was inches from a brick wall.

Location was great Room.was tiny and, I felt, very expensive for what it was.

The room was clean which is one positive. It was very basic. Aircon was very noisy but kept the room cool. Staff were friendly and we could store our bags after checkout. There was a vent or something outside our window which was VERY loud in the room. Wouldn’t stay again and very disappointing for the cost. Should have stayed in the Hilton on the same street for only $30 more!

The room was clean, smaller than anticipated but it was honestly the perfect size for myself and my daughter.

Check in great, staff really nice, and useful to be able to leave bags in the lobby when out and about before/after check in/out. Location is superb. Rooms dark, shower was broken in our first room and clearly had a 'quick fix' earlier that didn't work out - pretty lazy in terms of maintenance.

I just wish that their luggage storage was more secure... had to pay for a different luggage storage.

The location is amazing! Across the street from the train station and a couple blocks from Time Square, lots of Broadway shows between walking distance! Will definitely stay here again.

The beds are too low and not comfortable at all also the pillows are really soft but once you lay they are concrete... Cozy cute room The bed is very uncomfortable

The air conditioning was not working. It was at least 90 f that night. The air conditioner was not working also running loud. I could barely sleep that night. I checked out the next morning. I called the manager many times to give me refunds. The manager never picked up my call or issued me a refund

We got an unexpected upgrade to a penthouse and it was incredible. Will always come back here when in the city.
