I would come back to this hotel! It’s clean well maintained the staff were amazing especially the front desk! Very informative with Resturant suggestions! The roof top lounge was ok.. the waitress we had wasn’t really attentive but it’s fine the hotel itself was a boss! Top floor with views for sure!

The staff at the reception are really caring and enthusiastic and the location is awesome The room facility is not satisfying, a little bit clogged in the toilet, the faucet is moving. BUT the most annoying thing is how the staff cleaned the room, the staff can never see what I really need unless I drop a note. And staff threw away the things I need, I was very disappointed every time I got back room

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always greeted us with a smile no matter where we were in the hotel. Conveniently located next to subway station and walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Penn Station/MSG. Many food options onsite and nearby.

Nice location and phenomenal staff! My stay was entirely too short so I didn’t get a chance to experience the bar, patio or restaurant but I will be back. I booked the king room with a city view and the view was definitely disappointing (didn’t look like the pictures) but that was the only downside.

The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family. It provided the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring the city. One of the highlights was the restaurant—the view was absolutely amazing and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also unbeatable, just a short walk from Times Square and close to everything we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service and a convenient location in the heart of New York City. We would definitely stay here again!
