The stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and featured all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was a dream, and waking up in such a beautifully appointed space made the trip truly special. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay! Detailed and Glowing I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay in this room. Right from the moment I walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. The design touches were thoughtful, making the space feel both luxurious and homey. I especially appreciated the incredibly comfortable mattress and the quiet atmosphere, which guaranteed a fantastic night's sleep. The natural light during the day was lovely, and the en-suite bathroom was pristine. It was the perfect home base, and I would book this exact room again in a heartbeat. Focus on Ambiance and Relaxation This room was an absolute delight, perfectly balancing modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere. Everything was neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to maximize the space. The highlight for me was the peaceful ambiance—it was incredibly quiet and provided a much-needed retreat after a long day out. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee in such a serene setting was the perfect touch. I’d gladly return for another visit.

Great location if you want to be near Times Square. Amazing rooms! Staff could be a bit more helpful - our Expedia VIP status wasn't recognized at check-in. Also the cocktail bar at the Palmer closes early and the staff does not want to serve 20 mins before closing. St. Cloud bar is a bit weird with their rope - like it's a special lounge only open to VIPs or something. It would be a lot more friendly and welcoming if they just greeted you without roping you off.

Bed was just ok and TV was dated. No way to sign into streaming accounts.

Great location- so close to all the theaters. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job and sometimes came by twice a day. Some parts of the room were slightly broken or old. For example, drawers were off sliders and had broken bits.

My stay at The Knickerbocker in Times Square was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the perfect blend of historic elegance and modern luxury—a true sanctuary in the heart of the city's most vibrant neighborhood. The absolute highlight of my experience was the service. I have to give a massive shout-out to the bar and restaurant staff; they were truly phenomenal. Their attention to detail, warm personalities, and genuine hospitality made every morning coffee and evening wine feel like a special occasion. It is rare to find a team that is so professional yet so welcoming, and they really elevated my entire trip. If you are looking for a sophisticated base in New York City with world-class service, look no further. I cannot wait to return. I had to leave!!! I stayed in Room 713, the blinds could be a little better to block out the flashing lights from the screen opposite.

Comfortable bed. It was our last time in Knickbocker. The air-conditioning unit is positioned directly above the bed, blowing cold air onto the guest. The bathroom window has no blackout shade, so the room is flooded with natural light as soon as the sun rises, making it difficult to sleep in or rest during the day. Housekeeping is also overly intrusive, with staff knocking on the door at least four times a day, which repeatedly interrupts guests who want to sleep later or rest outside normal nighttime hours. Breakfast is extremely expensive, at over $54 per person.

It was good nice stay for 1 night the suite was really nice in time square me and my wife enjoyed our time

It couldn’t be in a more central location. At the same time, the moment you step into the hotel, you feel like you’ve entered a completely different world. All the staff are extremely helpful. I believe the exterior of the hotel has recently been renovated. In the coming years, the rooms will probably need some renovation as well.

I booked a junior suite which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. I had to ring down a few times for things such as a kettle & bathrobes etc as they weren’t automatically in the room. Housekeeping tended to clean the bed but unlike other 5 star facilities, the sitting area of the room wasn’t cleaned & the teacups weren’t washed either. Location was good & it was near the subway. I’d probably say it’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star

Great location and staffZ Very comfortable rooms and beds. This was my 2nd stay at the Knicker and wont be the last
-
Staff and service excellent Last minute charge of $75 per night for using sofa bed. When requested to use it was not told of the extra cost associated with its use. I would like to point out that the sofa bed was left in the bed configuration all of my stay and was not converted back to a sofa during the day time.
