Lovely centrally located hotel. Arlo hotels have such fun energy.

The hotel was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. One problem is that I stayed for two days, and during that time, they did not accept cash at any of the restaurants. I also wanted to give some cash tips to the help, who were wonderful at cleaning and very helpful. No electronic tip option for them.

Was a really nice stay! Staff was so nice and informative. Rooms are a bit small but typical for the city
-
Amazing staff and hotel is in a great convenient area

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful views and amenities!

We had a super nice time in Arlo NoMad, but considering the price and what we got for this, it was a bit disappointing: the room is super small, the curtains are not doing a good job for a dark room, we could hear vent noise all night long, loud enough for it to be disturbing (even when we turned off the AC, it was from outside) and the room itself was not the greatest (no coffee or was to boil water for a tea or something, the bathroom tap was almost moving from the wall when we turned the water on etc.) Good stay, super central, but for us it was not worth the price

Great staff, great hotel. Only problem was the room my bf and I booked on Expedia was not the room we got in person so that was annoying.
-
Extremely small room but very clean. The views are to die for.
-
Dirty sheets — clear they hadn’t been washed as there was debris and hair. Woke up in the middle of the night itching and with welts.Elevator took forever. This property has gone massively downhill

We had the best time, location was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back

Very welcoming, It was in a great and easy to get to area- an easy walk from Penn Station! . Off the beaten path yet very close to Broadway, 5th and Park ave. The staff were very accommodating, I arrived early and was able to get early check in. The room was comfortable for me. It would be a bit cramped for a couple, but the picture of the room was exactly how the room looked. I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious, although the potatoes were a bit salty for my pallet. I would stay again if I ever get to the city.

-
Very unique aesthetic. Quaint and intimate feel with very friendly staff. View was 100% worth it, had a direct view of the Empire State Building from my room.

I love this place. It is low key great. The only issue is one of their elevators is out of order which makes it a long wait. Other than that. Great location. Easy place to stay.
