Nico (I believe her name was) was really the only professional, helpful and pleasant person at the front desk. The bellmen (all of them) are also very helpful and courteous.

Room lighting is pretty dark and the bathroom door caught on the floor and wouldn’t totally close without a lot of force.

Great location. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds are a little hard, but I enjoy a softer mattress.

The location Virtually no natural light in the room

Room was nice and had windows, small sink but it’s New York, carpet was dated, bed was comfortable, elevators very small, staff was excellent

The room was incredible, staff were very very helpful as well as that bartender 10/10 experience!

A few small improvements would make the stay even better: brighter lighting in the bathroom and in the breakfast area, and better soundproofing on the windows and between rooms.

We thought we were getting a sleeper sofa based on website info that the room slept 3. It was a regular sofa that was NOT a sleeper, but they did bring up a cot. Everything else was fine

Small not well furnished rooms loud doors and not well insulated walls. Small windows. Comfy Bed and strong Shower.

We loved our 6 night stay at the AKA Nomad. Our corner room was spacious and surprisingly quiet. The only thing that was a bit weird was their coffee policy. The first night your in room coffee is included, but other nights are charged a fee. Otherwise we rates this a fantastic find and will stay here again.

It was rather Hot in Manhattan during our stay, the AC in the room was working really hard to get to 70.0 degrees I requested. Only achieved that set point for the temperature I requested during the middle of the night.. The room was at 73 , 74 during the day, a little on the uncomfortable, but that could be the only thing your Maintenance team needs to fix. everything else at the hotel was exemplary.
