Our only complaint is the AC in the room is very strong and when it turned on it blew directly on the bed area. It did a great job cooling, but could be quite chilly and when it turned off it was too hot with the comforter. A lightweight blanket would be a great addition to the available linens in the room. Thanks for a great stay!

I arrived at about 8:30pm on a very rainy day to check in. I asked about where food and a drink could be had and was told that the only place was the rooftop bar. So after leaving my bag in my room I went up to the bar where I was not allowed in as there was a private party going on. At check-in I had asked about room service and was informed that the hotel didn't offer it. I also asked about breakfast and was again told that it was not available. I asked if there was a lounge or somewhere I could sit with some colleagues for a short meeting in the morning and, guess what, I was told that they didn't have anywhere suitable. My room was OK although a bit small even by NY standards. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

That said, the staff were incredibly sweet, polite, and helpful, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room daily. I truly appreciated my time there. It was a week that I will surely remember for all the right reasons.

Enjoyed my stay here for my husbands birthday! Hotel was clean quiet and we slept great! Would love to stay here again!

We were very happy with this hotel. Excellent location in the financial district. Very close to one world trade and wall streets

It was a pleasant stay, comfortable and clean. Good size room

Appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and we were greeted every time by someone at all times during our stay. Loved the security of the hotel as well with having to use our key card to go onto the elevator and to our room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable temperatures which were easily adjustable if needed. We will be returning in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at Artezen Hotel. This was my second time staying here, and my experience was even better than the first. The staff is outstanding. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition. My room was always spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay. Another great advantage is how quiet the rooms are. Despite being in Manhattan, I was able to rest very well every night without being disturbed by outside noise. I would definitely stay at Artezen Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-managed hotel in New York City.

The hotel property itself, the amenities and the staff were excellent. My only

Also even if you use no snacks in the room or gym you still pay an additional $16.01 daily “facility fee”. I would not recommend this hotel.

Visit later in the evening. The drinks were top notch.

Although the room was small (Superior King Size) it was super clean and very functional. The bed was very comfortable and had several pillows to choose from. The shower had great pressure (not a given in a NY hotel). I traveled with my mom and we enjoyed the trip. The walls were thin and the neighbors partied one night until early morning... we did not get any sleep

Great location , very clean and comfortable . Good in room coffee quality The elevators are never there , luckily I was on a low floor so I did the stria’s when I gave up

We had a wonderful stay. Rooftop bar was really nice with delicious drinks and food. Staff friendly and attentive.

Super convenient location so close to any public transportation you might need. A very friendly staff that went above and beyond whenever we had a request or need (especially Danny and everyone at the front desk). Our hotel room was nicely appointed, spacious for NY standards, bed had high-quality sheets and was pretty comfortable, and modern bathroom with nice shower and C.O. Bigelow products.

Charged for amenities that we did not use (charge is automatically added). Construction in lobby woke us at 0745. Staff were not sympathetic to the inconvenience.
-
Stayed twice over two weeks and both times I was woken by construction in the lobby area. Both times no apologies were given or any compensation (like removing the $16 amenity fee for two bottles of water and 2 small bags of chips). Additionally, I was not told that I would be charged for the "amenities" otherwise I would have used them. The hotel overall is lovely, but it's run by kids who don't know much about customer service.
