The staff are what makes this place a 5 star hotel! Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and always asking how our stay was and how we were doing. They provided recommendations for us on dining and always answered our questions. Free breakfast was a plus, too! Our room was small and our view was next to nothing, which was kind of depressing when visiting New York but we made do.

Very clean and felt new.

Central for attractions I needed to see. Room was great size with a kitchenette. Staff were prompt when air con wasn’t working properly. Also appreciated window that opened.

A really nice hotel with a really great location. If you want to be in lower Manhattan close to the trade center close to Seaport District, close to Tribeca, etc. this is the place. The rooms were nice very clean and a very decent size. And staff was great as well. We’ll stay there again.

The Room was great. It was big and spacious with a full sized kitchen. The breakfast was horrible and the staff in the seating area was horrible. We are a family of six and the staff in the eating area prohibited us from putting 2 tables and chairs together to accomodate our family. Moreover, there was no high chair for children. He was not helpful at all.

Excellent hotel! Desk staff excellent! Always polite, even with a very full, sold out hotel for the Knicks parade celebration! They even kept guests informed with notes regarding the parade…excellent communication! Breakfast staff was always on it!!…and it was so clean! Well run operation, and breakfast options were great! Excellent coffee machine with a latte option too! Thank you!

Good hotel overall. Only thing that was bad was no parking abd had to find a public garage and paid almost $100 for one night of parking.

Breakfast very basic I walked into the room. My dishwasher was filled with clean cups and plates that the previous visitor had in the dishwasher that was not put away. The staff came and clean up the room. They did not fill up the coffee. They did not clean up the sink they did not clean up couple of dishes that they were there. I am not sure if that was supposed to be me cleaning those couple of dishes, but doesn’t matter we cleaned it ourselves for the price of that room. I would say it’s overpriced for the area
