Gorgeous front desk personal. So pleasant kind and helpful Nothing.

Great location, very close to everything, there is water dispenser at floors, the rooftop is amazing also with spacious area to work, eat or just relax with view and free coffee/water, daily housekeeping, very kind staff Our room was at 2nd floor, the construction noise from the street was annoying, it was very dark, gym was just one floor up and we woke up to the sounds of heavy weights dropped on the floor (like we are inside the gym), even though we keep the window open for air circulation and spend time outside, if the window is closed in a few ours the room smelled as if there were 10 people stayed inside all day with no fresh air from outside, the pictures on booking for the room that we booked were misleading and when we raised this staff did not take any responsibility.

The hotel was okay, except the shower curtain was somewhat annoying in that it either let water go all over the floor or stuck to your legs through your entire shower. The lounge on the top floor was nice. However, the parking was a NIGHTMARE. I parked in the garage that the hotel has a relationship with that said on the hotel website was $45 per night. When I parked in the garage, I told them I was with the hotel, they simply said okay. When I checked into the hotel, no one asked me anything to about parking a vehicle or gave me any instructions. I thought all was good. Two days later when I went to retrieve my car, which by the way is 7 blocks from the hotel, I was charged $226!! When I explained I was with the hotel, they said I needed a stamp on my ticket, which of course NO ONE had mentioned and told me it was too late. I refused to take that as an answer, took my ticket back to the hotel 7 blocks away, got the stamp and returned 7 blocks to the garage. It still took nearly an hour of talking to multiple people to get them to agree to refund the difference and I still have not received it two days later!!! I will never stay at this hotel again simply due to the poor communication by both the hotel and parking facility.

Location, cleanliness, staff They accept pets ( which is not an issue) and on my floor a dog was whining until 1am. The noise isolation needs improvement as well

Have stayed here several times in my travels to NY. Excellent location 2 blocks from Grand Central, walkable to midtown. Rooftop lounge is lovely. Staff always upgrades my room when available. Great value and location.

Excellent location, rooftop lounge, views, and rooms. I had a room, it was not big but had everything: small fridge, microwave, espresso machine, clean bathroom, comfy bed, great views. Very comfortable stay. LOVE that each floor has reusable water bottles and I can refill my own fresh water. Highly recommend.

No bar or really lobby, lifts are a bit slow.

We loved our stay near Grand Central. Easy in and out to Queens on the LIRR to catch some concerts at Forest Hills. The room was smaller, but perfect enough for two people wanting to explore the city. Very quiet and comfortable even though there was lots to do in the neighborhood. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, the TV was big, the room was clean, and the staff was fantastic! Couldn't ask for more out of our 4-night stay. Nothing

It was very convenient to everywhere I had to go. I loved the balcony of the rooftop. Everything was freshly cleaned every day for us I thought there was more on the property like restaurant and bar. It was just very small front desk go to your room and that was basically it. I didn’t even see any vending machines.

Location, clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, good shower, amazing communal terrace and lounge on 27th floor with views of Midtown, free water, sparkling and still, and hot drinks in lounge. Staff friendly and efficient. No gym or pool or breakfast options on site.
