Great location with ample space.

The size of the room was decent in NYC standard, and everything was clean. The location is also hard to beat too, within walking distance from lots of attractions and great restaurants in Manhattan. Our room had a weird clicking noise from unknown source near the window, even when the HVAC was turned off, and it made it rather difficult to sleep. The next day we changed to a different room on a higher floor, only to find our that the noise was now replaced with thumping noise from the elevator shaft.

For NYC, this room was one of the more spacious. It was clean and updated. Absolutely loved the rooftop coffee and seating areas. NOTHING

The hotel itself was very nice and close to everything. I forgot my toothbrush and staff were so helpful to accommodate me with a lot of stuff. Me and my wife traveled with our two dachshunds and everyone at the hotel, guests and staff were so welcoming and friendly.

We loved the location--we got off the train from Connecticut and walked 2 blocks to the hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we were able to leave our bags while we went out for the day. The terrace was a great bonus and we ate several take-out meals there plus morning coffee. The filter water machine and bottles in the hall were very appreciated. Security features for the elevator were good. I will definitely return. The suite was a bit small--not unexpected in Manhattan--and the sofa bed was hard (it should come with a soft mattress pad).

Great location, few minutes walk from Grand Central Station and very close to Times square and many attractions Room was clean and comfortable and good size for NYC standard. Loved the complimentary 24 hours available filtered water on each floor and coffee/tea facilities at 27th floor. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.
