I LOVED my stay here! The staff were so nice, helpful and funny and the room was very comfortable. 10/10!!!

The customer service was fine. However, the washer and dryer were not working and they could not get someone to fix it. It was really annoying and no one would help.

It was clean. It's nice that they provide refillable water bottles and water dispensers in each floor. They have washer and dryer that is useful. I like that their staff are also warm and welcoming and helpful.

The hotel's midtown location is perfect. I was able to get a refrigerator sent to my room for the week-long stay. Free use of the laundry machines with complimentary detergent was also a plus. Staff was very helpful. They could use more ice machines though, and you will often find yourself waiting a few minutes longer than average for the elevator to show up.

The service staff is wonderful and always willing to help with any request! I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Clean room, generous amenities, and a convenient location. After spending the day out in the heat and humidity, it feels so refreshing to step back into the hotel and cool off. The perfect place to relax and recharge! We will definitely stay here again.

Room is very nice, bed is comfortable and very convenient with the room key on google wallet. If I have a chance to visit New York again, I definitely stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel in a good location.

I booked this room for my daughter and didn’t see the policy about being over 21 to check in. The front desk lady and the manager were still so kind to my daughter. They gave her access to the lounge and some refreshments so they could have a safe place to relax while fixing the booking. They were kind enough to double check if they could make an exception and we understood they couldn’t. They even gave us their name so we could verify with Expedia that they were allowing a full refund of the stay even though we booked a nonrefundable room. It gave me so much peace of mind that they were in a safe space. The customer service was excellent!!!

The location was close to the subway station which made it easy to move around the city quickly and easily. A few nice coffee shops and chain restaurants also make getting a quick bite to eat easy. 24/7 reception was appreciated as our flight landed in NYC at 1:00am. The room was very hot and despite having a temperature control in the room, we were unable to change the thermostat. It made it very warm during the night and difficult to sleep. Using the elevators was frustrating as there were only three for the hotel and staff informed my partner that one was exclusively a service elevator despite it arriving at our floor when requested. There was not a proper door between the bedroom area and bathroom so minimal available privacy.

I have made a formal complaint, but am yet to receive a response.

Office space on the top floor is perfect for work trips. Rooms are always clean, staff helpful, perfect location. A/C units can be noisy, but otherwise this is a great hotel so long as you know your room is going to be small.
