Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center

Great experience! The rooms are spacious with great views. Check in and check out we’re particularly smooth. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready early. Staff was super helpful. Love they are pet friendly. Also loved having a kitchenette. Overall great experience. We will definitely stay there again!

My daughter, our friends, and I enjoyed our stay at Club Quarters! We loved the location - only a few blocks from multiple train line stations and next to 9/11 Memorial! We enjoyed the spacious room (compared to other NYC properties at same price point) and the view from our huge window! We really appreciated the bottle water fillers on each floor & in the lobby! We also enjoyed the Nespresso machines in the room and coffee/tea options in the lobby! We felt safe walking to/from the train stations and sightseeing; there will definitely be more foot traffic once the new tower is built across the street! Highly recommend, and we plan to come back for another stay!

Everything was wonderful. Great location and the staff was top notch!

Very weak wifi, and above me was noisy.

One notable drawback: the electrical outlets were loose, causing plugs to fall out repeatedly. For travelers who rely on charging multiple devices, this proved to be a genuine inconvenience and is worth flagging for the property to address. A decent option for the area, though the outlet issue is worth keeping in mind.

Very clean and hospitable

Can't recommend this site. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location good. But too many issues. Room was hot. Could not set the thermostat below 68 degrees. Normally, this would be fine. But the thermostat gauge was off. Room was closer to 74 degrees, and we could never cool it down. Gym was tiny. A few dumbells and only one bench. Went down there on my second day to use gym again, and there were 5 or 6 other guests inside. Absolutely no room. I had to just turn around and leave.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, FOOD UP STAIRS, GYM, STAFF, ROOM, WE WERE VERY HAPPY.

The location is outstanding and one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of major attractions such as the World Trade Center, the 9/11 Memorial, and the Oculus, making it easy to explore Lower Manhattan. The subway is also conveniently nearby, providing quick access to other parts of the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and efficient, making our experience stress-free from start to finish. The hotel offers excellent amenities that added great value to our stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7, as well as the refillable water bottle stations throughout the property—such a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds provided a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing around the city. Overall, Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center exceeded our expectations. With its prime location, exceptional service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities, it is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay in NYC. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel, staff is always very nice and proactive. The hotel is super well located with many subways, restaurants, pharmacy, stores near by. Water is free, coffee is free and amazing.
