Perfect location, very clean, beds were so comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing not to like!

Good sized room (we stayed in the suite) and good views on the top floor. Unlike some hotels, didn't have to wait an age for the elevators. Staff are very friendly. Location is convenient, although mid-town is not the nicest place to stay in Manhattan Aircon in the room was very noisy. Would've preferred a buffet breakfast and given the price, it seemed a bit mean to only offer tea or coffee or fresh juice - a cup of tea/coffee and a juice wouldn't break the bank. Good range of cooked options for breakfast (portion sizes are huge), but the fresh fruit in the continental looked like it'd been cut up the night before and the pain au chocolat was limp as it'd been heated up in a microwave. Small things, but the difference between good and great

Check-in was easy and great. While we waited in line, they offered champagne. Our room was very clean, updated modern and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Location, clean, updated, friendly staff, and they hold your luggage on the last day after checkout. Our bathroom sink clogging.

The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and really lovely.

It was so easy to get to and really close to everything, the staff was super super nice and friendly. And the value for money was amazing, like you in the heart of New York and it’s in a safe part of New York which made me and my friend feel better

This hotel was great! The location was unbeatable and the staff was so incredibly kind, every single person. Rey at the front desk checked us in and helped with so much throughout our stay. Honestly the staff made this place even better than what it already was, and the burger restaurant was killer too. I’d stay here again when I’m back in NYC.

Rooms are EXTREMELY small even with a king size bed there’s barely space to maneuver around. There’s no microwaves in the rooms or matter fact in the entire building which sucks because you’re left with cold food. Half the time the door buttons didn’t work / room keys stopped working multiple times.

Hotel staff was top notch. Building was modern and clean. Solid location in midtown. Burgers lacked seasoning.

Everything from check-in to checkout was exceptional. This was our first time staying at Crowne Plaza, but it won't be our last! All staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean and the AC worked well. Both breakfast and lunch at the restaurant on site was delicious. Thank you for the hospitality.

Service and experience was exceptional, but would have preferred a more updated smart TV that would have allowed the use for Netflix or YouTube. Staff was friendly, professional, and inviting. Would stay again.
