Was clean & Tidy It was beautiful and I like that it 24hrs u can go bk to ur room whenever you want.

I really like how clean it was when we checked into the room, it was a little small looking when we reached it but it was enough for our family!! The lobby was gorgeous and well maintained. During breakfast, it gets REALLY crowded in the elevators, our family ended up wait 10-15 minutes just to get down to the lobby. I suggest you wake up early and head down before it gets busy... Breakfast was decent nothing too special. The bathroom door was not secure, and the carpet looked a little old.

Everything was just good. Great location, fabulous staff, and the fantastic breakfast that can’t be missed!

I loved the location, everyone was lovely and so willing to help. The rooms were modern and clean, biiiig bathroom. Buffet breakfast was great! I wish I knew upon check in that there was a gym located at the hotel. It wasn’t listed on booking.com and I wasn’t told at check in or I would have utilised the facility.

The rooms were nice and the location was centrally located. The store in the hotel was horribly overpriced. Free breakfast wasn’t that great and overcrowded. They did offer times where it was less crowded. It can take a while to get to the lobby because of the limited elevators.

The door to the washroom did not close. The sliding doors are not the best for the washroom. The room blinds were not the best.

Room was good Insufficient lifts. Virtually non existent WIFI. Breakfast was not suitable for Europeans and paper plates and plastic cutlery was awful. Also it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. The bar was very small with a very limited selection of drinks.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good bar Breakfast was chaos... There are only 2 lifts so you sometimes have to wait ages to get one with space. There is limited space in the rooms for storing luggage and clothes. Oh and the WiFi is poor...

This hotel was great. The staff were extremely helpful and quick with check in and check out. It is very close to MSG, The Empire State Building, Times Square, Penn Station, etc. The breakfast bar was very nice with lots of different options. Everything was clean and well kept. The only con was how long it took to use the elevator sometimes.
