Front desk staff is amazing and so helpful

Overall it was an amazing stay per usual! My only stipulation was the light above the TV that still remains on so it had to br covered with a towel plus the light where the recycle bin was also another one. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, everything was great. Look forward my next stay here again.

Its definitely an ideal location if you need to be close to Penn Station, or the Javits Center for a convention.

There is no parking! There is an affiliate parking garage that charges $60+ to parking overnight and you cannot remove the car once its parked. However, hotel is nice! The staff was amazing and very welcoming!

Check in was easy and professional. Room clean. Just weird how they charged for room deposit and one incidental.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. However, I did not like the fact that my room did not have a fridge and a microwave. Outside of not having my usual amenities, the hotel was conveniently located in the middle of everything and it was very clean.

We were very happy to get into our room, even though we arrived early. We expected to drop our bags with the desk and sightsee until later that afternoon. The room was updated and clean. The location was fantastic. We did know where it was, theoretically, by looking at the map. However, we just didn't realize, until we got there, just how perfect the location was. So close to Hudson Yards and the Highline, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and the Chelsea Piers, where we took a dinner cruise. Really wonderful.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were big. The flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch. There were a few negatives: (1) The shower drain was clogged initially, (2) the conditioner bottle was empty, qnd (3) bed was too soft. These are not biggies but worth noting.

as soon as you walk in it smells so good throughout the entire hotel. I value cleanliness and good staff and that’s what this hotel provided me during my stay. i had no complaints.

too close to boise streets. The room was spacious with a big closet and big bathroom for NYC standards. It’s summer now and the AC was ice cold and did not have any funky smells. I am very allergic to carpets and dust; this room was very clean.

As soon as we entered the lobby we were greeted by the friendly staff. The staff were so helpful. The room was clean and roomy for my husband and I. The bathroom had nice amenities. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect about two blocks from Hudson Yards.
