Hotel super bien ubicado, cerca de todo y muy limpio. Desayuno variado. Lo único que no me gusto fueron las bebidas del desayuno.

Small space but still awesome place. Beds comfy. Breakfast always good!

Central, decent breakfast, helpful staff, clean room

The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I noticed was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, so it took me a little longer to fall asleep.

Enjoy every minute we stayed there, staff at front dest were friendly and helpful, the breakfast staff were also amazing, very friendly. Said good morning to everyone who came in. We had a great time here.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were extremely kind during our 5 night stay. Lizette, one of the members of the breakfast team, was especially sweet and made every morning easy to look forward to. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Small but efficient hotel. Met our immediate needs. Only main downfall was very noisy air conditioner. Kept us up.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Hampton Inn Grand Central. This honestly my have been one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. All staff I encountered was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The property is close to Grand Central terminal and a lot of places to eat. Property is clean and location is safe.

It was a brief stay.

Good breakfast. The hotel is located within walking distance of Grand Central, which is very convenient to take subway to Time Square. It is safe, too. The walls are not noise proof, but it is fine.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, Victoria at the front desk was great. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent location, quiet, spacious room. friendly staff.

Disappointed no fridge. Breakfast fine. Free water at check in. And iced lemon water in lobby. Shaded patio area. Easy walk to coffee, breakfast, pizza, tacos. Some in our party of 5 thought beds too hard. Appreciated easy access to ice machine. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful.

That they wouldn't mail back a jacket I had checked with my luggage that they didn't return to me when I picked up the luggage. I asked them to pay mailing costs, but they refused
