Extremely clean and spacious rooms. The staff is lovely and helpful. The hotel is nice!

Great location, central to all the sites. Small rooms but comfortable beds.

There is no onsite restaurant but there are several conveniently near by. As we had a train to catch anyway, we had breakfast at Grand Central Station. The staff are very helpful.

Again. I had a pleasant stay at Westgate Grand Central. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and charming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient. The bar is great and offers breakfast, but I wish they had a full-service restaurant on site.

I had no idea what to expect when I booked this hotel, yet was blown away by the hospitality, the room, and the location of the property. Immediately upon arrival our bags were being rolled to the front desk. Check-in was very smooth with Kevin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The room was a lot bigger than what we were expecting and was perfect for us. Especially for NY hotels. Plenty of natural light though the windows. I'm a counter space lady, and there was enough in the bathroom for everyone. The beds were comfy, for the little we did sleep. The balcony was the best part! We used the fridge and coffee maker. We were in NY during one of the busiest times of the year, however, due to the location of the property, it was quiet when it needed to be...at night. Location was also everything for what was needed and more. Restaurants, attractions, stores, all within a good distance to walk to. Staff were excellent all over the hotel - front desk, bellmen, at the bar, housekeeping - all kind. Special shout outs to Kevin, Jose, Matthew, Mike, and Tony, with whom we interacted with the most and were always pleasant to speak to. We will be back! No ventilation in the bathroom when showering so the steam just sits in there. That’s minimal compared to the rest of our stat

Very centrally located near grant central. Luxury service and room options were amazing, especially the espresso coffee in the rooms. The size of the room was unexpected in NYC.

A $40 resort fee was added to the bill after checkout even though we paid in full upfront. This was not disclosed and we only found out when I noticed my credit card (that they held for incidentals) was charged.

Fantastic doormen! Personable and helpful. It would have been great to have a restaurant in the hotel.

Good location five minutes from the UN, efficient check in and check out, good supply of water, coffee and tea. Noise from other rooms and the corridor, doors closing and the air conditioning.

Look location if you want to be away from the crowds.

It was our second time staying in a Luxe King with Balcony room -- it is spacious, full of natural light, and has a private balcony. We love it and will return!
