Very small and conjusted rooms and too dirty. Bare minimum amenities just to indicate that they qualify.

Clean basic room with helpful staff. Good value. They are working on updating their lounge near the desk- will be nice when that is done.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, and the room was small but comfortable and nicely designed. If you’re looking for something convenient and don’t mind a compact room, I’d definitely recommend it.

The sliding bathroom door was very hard to open.

The room was immaculately clean. The temperature was easy to adjust. Everything that you would expect a Hotel to provide. I would most definitely come back again.

First time in NYC, and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Being right by the water meant I could walk to the Brooklyn Bridge every day, which was such a highlight. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and the staff including Juyin and Anna were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Rooms were a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean property. Staff communicated very well. Easy check in and checkout. Definitely will come back. Love the location.

The staff was very nice and the location was perfect, but we requested a city view and our view was obstructed, and the steamer in our room was leaking all over the floor and we were not able to use it.
