Great hotel, felt like i was given a 2 bedroom apt. With soaps, dishsoap, pots and pans, tea and coffee. Gorgeous place. Also included fecord player and records. I did get down with some Beastie Boys to start my day.

This room was actually an apartment, with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dining/living room area (with a TV and a record player with several vinyl records) and a bedroom. There were more closets than my house! It was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in process was so easy. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is staying in NYC. For reference, this place was about 1400 ft² and there was a hotel a block and a half away that has rooms that are 196 ft² and those tiny rooms were 5 times the price of this one!

Spacious suite, very comfortable sofa bed, great location!

Great place for New York ✌️

We only stayed here during our 1-day layover in New York, but it was enough to say we will definitely be back. I booked a 2-bedroom for our family of 4, and the kids loved having their own room. It was a very spacious apartment, and I loved having TVs in every room, not just the living room.

Fantastic, very spacious apartment with all the amenities we could wish for. It was perfect for our one week stay

Great

The attraction here is the historical location, 79 Ok e Street, a classic art deco masterpiece completed in 1932, which was the third tallest building in the world for over 39 years. The property does include a high end roof top bar and top notch restaurant. However, these Venus are not associated with the hotel and staying here won’t grant you special access or discounted rates, which is disappointing. In terms of the room accommodation, here the hotel offers a truly unique experience, the rooms are chic and spacious.

Clean and crisp room and environment. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Amazing downtown option for large family. So much better than two small hotel rooms and we had room to relax. Highly recommended.
-
Huge rooms so much storage space and a laundry room which was great for a 7 day stay. Staff lovely and helpful

Clean room, good location, helpful staff

It’s a really nice stay in the wallstreet business. The room is large and clean. The staffs are friendly. We are sensitive about the road noise. When we give a feedback to them, they help us rearrange a quieter room. It’s good to mention the road construction for the information.

Amazing stay

I was very impressed with this set up and the room. It was huge! The coffee every day was excellent. While things like extra towels and blankets need to be requested, the fact that the desk was manned 24/7 was super helpful. You can have housekeeping every day. The staff even took the time to mail some items we forgot after check out. The market on the corner was SO AWESOME and the location was a literal block from the subway into Midtown. We had amazing food within walking distance, breakfast at a Yemen bodega and dinner at a quaint Italian restaurant. I hope they don’t raise the prices here, it worked for both my teenage kid and my elderly mom.

We love Mint house. It’s quiet, clean, super spacious and beautifully styled. Anytime we stay somewhere else in NYC, we wish we would have stayed here. Literally the best

Room was large and really nicely done. Location was great. Supermarket just below the hotel was super convenient and helpful. Subway was 20 steps from hotel. Had a lovely rooftop bar.
-
Love the Mint. I have stayed there before and will stay there again. Rooms are clean, quiet, well appointed and spacious. The staff is great. Fantastic bar and restaurant
-
Beautiful old building - large and comfortable room. Didn’t get the chance to try the rooftop bar

Excellent location - subway entrance across from the hotel seems closed though. It was an easy check-in, spacious room, uncommon for New York, so a definite plus! They were responsive to any questions, and beyond having to request more than one wash cloth, I'd certainly stay again
