Mint House 70 Pine by Kasa

Initial room was disturbed my construction noise 1st night and 2am for approx 1hrs. 2nd night disturbed at 3am by street noise. I advised the staff at the front desk that the mattress and pillow was not the same as my previous stay. They were soft with no support for my posture, pillows were like marshmallows. I was advised they were the same in all rooms. I requested a room change as l had to be up at 5am and couldn't tolerate the noise from the street. I was advised there were no other rooms. I woke up with a stiff neck and requested alternative pillow. My request was not actioned till the 3rd day by which time l had injured my neck and had to request a visit from a Dr at the cost of $2500 after logging a claim with my travel insurance. I was unable to do any planned activity due to the pain l was in and lost a day of my short vacation. I didn't receive any communication from the manager during this period. I was directed to Expedia who advised me that they attempted to discuss my case with the manager but did not receive any response. This is my third time staying here. The previous two times were prior to it being taken over by Kasa.

Staff all awesome. Checking late was easy - Alex super friendly and helpful. Great location to explore financial district, 911 memorial, Statue of Liberty. Crown Shay restaurant not to be missed. Convenient coffee and market in building. Very well-appointed comfortable space. Note gym has limited hours. Wonderful and would stay again

Unusually spacious with remarkable amenities. An in-room washer and dryer? Really.

I especially appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is in a perfect location for exploring Manhattan, with restaurants, shopping, and major attractions nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location in Manhattan!

We loved the big room. The market downstairs was so convenient. The staff was amazing. Having the luggage storage after checkout was so handy. There are two fancy restaurants in the building. We were one block from Wall Street. We were within walking distance to many attractions. It was a wonderful experience.

What made this place truly special was its cozy, artistic atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully designed, featuring a record player with vinyl records that gave the space so much character. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the comfortable beds to the lavender sachet and complimentary earplugs. It felt warm, unique, and truly memorable. I would happily stay here again.

The property is ideally located in lower manhattan. Easy access to subways to go uptown. Great location to explore low battery park and make a trip out to the Statue of Liberty. Room was very spacious. Very comfortable with daily maid service. Staff in the lobby were exceptionally helpful very courteous and made for a great visit. Would stay here again.

This was actually a very spacious apartment and more than met our needs. Highly recommended for families who would like space to spread out and have access for a to two bathrooms and a full kitchen!

Clean and spacious room, easy check-in/out, friendly staff, convenient location.

Staff had an attitude when I kindly asked them to freshen my room due to a disgusting lingering smell in my room when I initially checked in. Did not appreciate that.
