Staff was awesome. Hotel was a great experience.

Standard run of the mill stuff. Room was fine, staff were fine, location is good for a lot of stuff down that end.

Asked for housekeeping to clean room and provide new towels and didn’t get done. Had to call down and the took a long time to get towels

We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here.

Staff made our stay worthwhile. Told us all the local favorites.

The room is smaller then expected from the photos but overall a decent room there was kinda of a smell that went away after a while

Had a great stay for 8 nights, room was cleaned daily to satisfaction

No first aid kit in the hotel. No garbage bags in the garage cans.

Close to Pier 17 for the concert I would have liked an extra blanket

The location was great(near the water, food, coffee, shops, subway), facilities were clean, staff were friendly. The room was smaller than expected, only two elevators

The room was very cold and the temperature could be controlled. The rooms were not clean. The breakfast was overpriced.

Always a pleasant visit.
