The toilet stopped working twice in our room, and our phone in the room did not work so I had to use our own phone to try and reach the front desk to get service for our toilet. The biggest light in the room did not work either.

It is near Metro and the staff was very helpful in guiding me direction to my destiny and where I have to exit the subway to get to my destination! The extracwater they have in the room helped my guest and me!

Requested a mini fridge on multiple occasions including before arrival and staff said one could be brought to the room but never was, even after asking 3 times. Room was also a bit small

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room had an issue with the thermostat so it wasn't very cool but maintenance was quickly there to address the issue. Room was very clean! Rooftop bar though is advertised as a bar and restaurant but it's actually a Hookah Bar that has food. The service was incredibly slow, food was not good and pretty over priced. Would not recommend that or the Sushi & Cocktsil bar on the 2nd floor as advertised but when you walk in it's another Hookah Bar. That was unappealing to us we weren't looking for a meal and drinks while breathing in someone else's exhaled saliva. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location but I'd suggest other options for food and beverages.

I would label this place as a 1 to 2 star hotel. You do have a bathroom in your room, at least there is that. Staff were not helpful in resolving problems. Hunters of dollars later for a single night stay/sorry don’t cut it.

This is a good hotel. Staff are helpful. Rooms small, but since this is NY it is probably expected. No laundry on site. Would have been useful, as we got caught in a downpour.
