The room wasn’t cleaned. When we got into the room there were multiple flies. There was also soap on the shower floor indicating it wasn’t cleaned. There were stains on the sheets as well. Most surfaces in the room had dust and debris on it that which made it clear that they do the bare minimum when preparing a room for the next guest. I tried to get a refund within 10 minutes of checking in but they were only willing to offer us a separate room. I might have accepted that offer if I didn’t overhear a separate guest having the same complaints as I did. I ended up spending $400 on a separate hotel room and wasted 2 hours on the process which made us late to the show we were attending. There was also no parking which is false advertising.

The hotel is falsely advertised, dirty, and a health hazardI had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here and would never recommend this place to anyone. I booked a room with a king-size bed through Expedia for $252. Upon arrival, the front desk claimed they didn't have my Expedia reservation, even after I showed them my confirmed itinerary. They insisted I booked directly through them and, because I was traveling solo, downgraded me to a tiny, cramped room barely 10 steps wide with only a full-size bed. They gave me a $20 discount , but that nowhere near made up for the bait-and-switch.The room amenities were practically nonexistent. The refrigerator and microwave were completely unplugged, and there was no coffee maker to be found. While the bathroom was spacious, the shower floor it was covered in mold to the point where I was afraid to use and I couldn't even bring myself to use the shower. To make matters worse, the website explicitly advertised an included breakfast and an on-site restaurant, but neither actually exists. The biggest issue was safety. Despite policy, people were openly smoking indoors. I have severe allergies and was forced to use my EpiPen due to the smoke exposure. Between the smoke and the overall horrible conditions, I only got three hours of sleep before having to face a grueling 7-hour drive home the next day. Stay far away from this place. Parking is terrible on the street parking, good luck finding one

The location and free parking

Comfortable beds and showers are very nice with a powerful huge shower head.

The front desk staff couldn't help with a discount rate which i think I crazy especially being that there is very limited parking for there guests. The hot water wasn't the greatest and the towels were small for someone my height and size...

Shower was nice....Parking was horrible...Very limited spaces

The property seemed newly renovated and was clean overall. The room size was perfect for a couple or solo travelers. They also have toiletries (for free) if you may have forgotten anything. For the price point, it was definitely worth it and I will stay again in the near future.

Quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. The staff does their best to adjust to your needs with the timing and the service you need. Thankyou very much gals and guys. The room itself had what we needed. Great lighting, comfy bed, pleasant shower experience, space for belongings, etc. Everything we needed within a very relaxed environment. After a long day outside it was easy for us when we got back to ease into the night. For anyone who is visiting for personal or business reasons we believe this hotel checks the box for what you really need for any visit!

Absolutely no wi-fi in the basement level, worth noting the data signal dies out on you too. A decent little room, all things considered though. Soap was interesting.
